James and his team did a fantastic job installing a new mini split for me. Very professional and honest. Told me everything they would do upfront and he handled it all. They went above and beyond and cleaned up after themselves very well. He is extremely knowledgeable. read more

My Air-conditioning stop working at midnight Friday on Memorial day weekend. I figured out by Sunday that i wasn't as tough as I once was and started looking for ac repair services. Didn't any return calls or replies but got luck to get hold of Circulating Solutions. They told what to expect up front for weekend service call pricing and explained what to expect. They extremely busy but fit me in their schedule same day. The owner work arrive a test the system and diagnose the problem. Figured out that i had 2.5 days left on my factory warranty and made sure to get necessary part cover under warranty. Made a special trip Sunday night to bring and setup loan window unit until he could get the the parts for the repair. He didn't just replace the broke parts but fixed some off the orginal sloppy install items for no additional charge. Pricing was competitive with other well known and highly rated local HVAC installers repair services. read more

Update after several years: Circulating Solutions still gets my highest recommendation. I've had James out a few times for general maintenance and he is always prompt and professional. Last night (July 3rd), one of my A/C units suddenly stopped cooling. We do have a second unit for the other part of the house, so it wasn't truly an emergency. Still, I sent James an email around 5pm to let him know, not expecting to get help until after the holiday. He replied within an hour or so, offering to come out that night. He fixed the issue easily (whoops, it was my own fault for falling behind on maintenance) and billed me for an incredibly reasonable service charge. Any other company would've asked for absurd emergency/holiday fees. read more

Our A/C died in the mid afternoon, and after trying several different service providers, I dialed Circulating Solutions. I shared some initial diagnosis work that I had done on trying to identify the cause, and he said that it would probably be about 2 days before he was able to get out to see me. When it's 100 degrees out, that might as well be an eternity. But, he shared some key tips with me on the phone that actually enabled me to try fixing the problem myself (which I successfully did!!). In addition to saving a bundle, he empowered me to learn how to do it myself. I am extremely grateful for his honesty and professionalism, and will be giving them a call for future work so I can finally thank him in person. read more

I couldn't be happier with Circulating Solutions! I would give them more stars if I could. Excellent communication throughout the entire process from the first information gathering call all the way to the end of the service visit. James was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly and easily explain the issue in a way that was easy for me to understand. He also had the items necessary to fix the issue handy with minimal downtime (which in this heat was a huge plus)! He took the time to explain how to maximize the equipment we have in varying weather conditions and educate us about why he made those recommendations. This was a no pressure deal- he didn't push filters or anything. You can bet that we will be calling on him next time!! read more

I have used Circulating Solutions multiple times for various AC issues I've had over the years. They have always been very responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. I called them last night and they were here today with a fix and an explanation. I highly recommend them! read more

The gentleman I spoke with on the phone to set up an estimate visit didn't know what he was talking about. He told me that I couldn't do the setup that I had when I know for a fact that others in my area are doing the same thing. So, I said thank you and goodbye not wanting to waste his time or mine if he couldn't do the job. He called me back and accused me of being rude and said nothing further. I would not recommend this company to anyone. adding... In addition to this, he (turns out "he" is the owner) called me a third time as a result of this 1 star review trying to get me to change it. I listened politely for close to 50 minutes as he rambled on trying to "educate" me on how I shouldn't run a heat pump and gas furnace at the same time (which I already knew was not a good idea and never said I wanted to do). In the initial conversation he repeatedly said it was "impossible to install a gas furnace and heat pump together." During the third conversation, he basically called me ignorant, rude several times, and it was quite clear that the intent was to get me to remove this rating. As a result, I'm doubling down on this rating due to the way the owner treated this potential customer. read more

James Brown! What can we say? We are truly grateful for his expertise and professionalism. We bought a home built in the 70's. We knew it would come with some issues. Of course, the AC System in a whole wasn't up to code, it was dangerous and flat out barely working. James Brown came and assessed our issues, gave us more than enough options and gave us timely updates on when he could come out and help us. He really put in the time and effort. He worked long long nights and was willing to meet with us at around midnight (as I work and my husband goes to night school) So James could catch us both up on the issues at hand. He worked tirelessly and CLEANED UP EVERY-TIME BEFORE HE LEFT! he really didn't have to do that, but he's got a nice work ethic and extremely amazing manners. We definitely recommend him to anyone we know who has an AC issue. He won't sugar coat it and will tell you exactly what your system needs to be working at its best. This Texas heat becomes more brutal every year and seems as those are winters are just the same. He's saved us a lot of money and heat exhaustion. Thanks James Brown! -The Stoneking's! read more

Amazing customer service!! This company's owner came to my house at 11:30pm because my A/C stopped working. After checking the thermostat (which we thought was the problem) and the A/C unit, he found the problem. The drain pipe was clogged. He was able to fix the problem and did it in a mask, gloves, covering over his shoes...just to keep everyone safe. Then he insisted on vacuuming the stairs in case he got any debris on the stairs. IMAGINE IF EVERYONE DID BUSINESS WITH SUCH INTEGRITY! Impressive and rare. read more

Our AC stopped working in the early afternoon. I was worried because with a toddler I want to make sure we are okay. I had called 2 different companies before Circulating Solutions and had no luck. Found them on Google and got an answer right away. They came the same day (on a Sunday) to see what was going on. James came out and was very friendly, professional and he definitely knows what he does. Turns out some ants had done damage on one of the parts. Luckily for us he had the part in his truck and he was able to fix it right away. He serviced our unit above and beyond and gave us a heads up on a part that he saw would need replacing. He didn't force us to do it today, but encouraged it with time when we are ready or wait for it to go out. James has gained our trust and business! loved that out of respect to our family he wore a mask, gloves, and shoes shields. Thank you for coming out on such short notice to get our home back in order! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! read more

Where to begin. James was incredibly professional from the first message. We just moved into a new 15k sqft office and it wasn't getting warm in certain rooms. James came out that afternoon and we systemically went through each RTU (rooftop unit) and determined what the problem was for each unit. In one, the belt snapped off, so he came back out the next morning and got us all up and running. Very professional, honest, and genuine, he priced us fairly and openly. I'll only be calling Circulating Solutions for all our company's HVAC needs read more

Had a leaking drain pan in my coil. James contacted me very quickly with an estimate. He visited early the next day to diagnose and explain the problem. Quoted me to fix the issue, but also recommended that I reach out to original installer do to the parts and labor possibly being under warranty. I appreciate the honesty and friendly service, and I recommend this company for your A/C needs. read more

I did mail order equipment and no contractors would complete the refrigeration line install because I didn't buy from them. I finally found James Brown at Circulating Solutions and he took care of business! I don't normally work with someone with 11 reviews but I was sold after reading Kwang E's review. James means what he says and says what he means. He addressed my concerns, completed the work on his visit to estimate the job, and came in $200 cheaper than the next lowest estimate. He communicated with me often even on personal time and was nothing but the most professional! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for jobs big or small in the metroplex or the remote areas. Thanks again James!!! read more

I had circulating solutions out for an estimate. I chose to go with another company due to the price. The other company was much cheaper. However, turns out the other gentleman did not have his own license. He was using someone else's license. When he completed my job, He would not give me my warranty information and very rude to me. I felt uncomfortable, so I called circulating solutions James for advice. He came back to my home and did a free inspection. He discovered many issues, including a few fire hazards. The other contractor had not pulled a permit for the work. James called another contractor and started discussing the issues. The man came back to my house. He and James had a few words. Then the man agreed to finish the job correctly and pull the permit. The job passed inspection finally I am at peace. James thank you again it was a blessing to know you I highly recommend Circulating Solutions. read more
