Took my $75 call out fee insisting on a check. We haven't heard from them since in 2 weeks, and are left with an A/C we can't run during Texas summer in the meantime. Tried calling them direct, no message returns (they did not answer). Finally reached a person at the office, who could find no records, and "seemed to remember they were waiting on parts" but was not able to pull up any information on the callout. She advised me to call the Home Warranty company to check. This appears to be a scam. I do not recommend using this company, and am asking the Home Warranty company to blacklist them and provide a replacement.

After having issues with one of our units, we contacted True Blue to diagnose our problem. After 24…read moreyears, we ended up needing a new unit and received quotes for that installation. They were educational in helping us choose which unit our home needed. My biggest takeaway was the professionalism from their service tech. He followed "all the rules", that is normally expected - wearing shoe covers in the house, knocking before entering etc. but he went above and beyond when going outside to make sure the gates stayed closed at all times. I can't tell you how many people are lazy and leave the gates open due to convenience, but without asking, he knew to keep them closed. It was so appreciated and truly bumped up their ratings, in my opinion, on what it means to pay attention to detail and remain professional.

Every time an HVAC person comes to your home, you're almost offering a blank check because they can say something is majorly wrong and, as a homeowner, we have no way to verify. Once the issue was so minor that he simply charged a trip fee. Another time, again, minor cost and he took care of it in about 45 minutes. The other time we needed a new upstairs unit (it was almost 20 years old, so that made sense). Cost was VERY reasonable. All three times, the issues were fixed. I trust him, and he's the first call I make.
