Last night (July 3rd), one of my A/C units suddenly stopped cooling. We do have a second unit for the other part of the house, so it wasn't truly an emergency. Still, I sent James an email around 5pm to let him know, not expecting to get help until after the holiday. He replied within an hour or so, offering to come out that night. He fixed the issue easily (whoops, it was my own fault for falling behind on maintenance) and billed me for an incredibly reasonable service charge. Any other company would've asked for absurd emergency/holiday fees.
