We hired Faithco to update under-the-cabinet lighting in our kitchen. Faithco Electrician Isaac Parks provided us with a cost estimate and several choices of fixtures from which to choose from. We agreed to the proposal and a week later Faithco electricians Isaac and Cesar Flores were at our home installing the new lighting. Their work was neat, precise and was completed as to the agreed upon quote. Both Isaac and Cesar were courteous and very respectful. Their demeanor, diligence, communication skills, and professionalism gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Travis took a few minutes to interact with my dogs, which made them calm and comfortable. Travis gave me important information about my A/C to keep it well maintained, as well as information about the NVP program and it's advantages. I have used Faithco Enterprises for electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning repair. In each of these services, scheduling has been easy, arrival timely, and work highly satisfactory. Email notifications were sent prior to the scheduled time of the service as a reminder of their arrival and a picture of the person to do the work. My last problem was electrical. The two electricians, Jordan and Aaron, arrived at the appointed time and demonstrated the knowledge, experience, focus and determination to quickly resolve the problem. I had the company come in twice to do some work and the electricians were very congenial and easy to work with. I had a third project that I wanted them to come out and take a look at as electrical line running up at three got cut I assume someone backed into it make a long story short their estimate Was $900 saying that they would have to dig the new ditch etc. etc. I called Mr. Electric came out Excellent job for $ 350 was very disappointed with the Faithco as I had paid them lots of $$$$ business in the past and they didn't seem that interested in the project came out once With the $900 estimate. To say the least I was very disappointed as their staff was easy to work with but Mr. Electric fixed it for $550 less than their bid. read more
