We have a tool to shut off the water at the meter but we could not get it to work. We called Rub A Dub Plumbing who told us that all of their service techs were on jobs but they would route us one as soon as possible. I did that, thought my problems were solved, but within an hour of having the water on the leak was back. I then decided to give Rub A Dub a try. Aaron came by and, unlike the other two, went to work to find the leak. After some bush-cutting and rock moving, he determined the connection between my copper and PVC pipes had broken in the yard, and he repaired the fitting promptly. Thank you very much for your help.
