They did not show up in that two hour window and when they were contacted about that, there was a note that dispatch had changed the window without telling us. Technician arrived 30 minutes outside of window. He then attempted to charge $350 for the inspection. He claimed the $80 was just for a service fee. Dispatch either lied or omitted the truth. He then proceeded to do very little if anything other than take the $80. Horrible company. I will not use again.

I got a visit from the city and shut off my water due to a leak coming from an unknown place. I…read morecalled a well-known plumbing service, the man who came by concluded in about 2 minutes that it was a sprinkler leak and that it would be cheaper to call a sprinkler service company. I did that, thought my problems were solved, but within an hour of having the water on the leak was back. I then decided to give Rub A Dub a try. Aaron came by and, unlike the other two, went to work to find the leak. After some bush-cutting and rock moving, he determined the connection between my copper and PVC pipes had broken in the yard, and he repaired the fitting promptly. Thank you very much for your help. I think I will be using this company for all plumbing needs going forward.

I'm torn on this review. My tankless water heater went out, and while the Rub-a-Dub guys who came…read moreto repair it were great, I later found that I had been duped. They told me that my water heater's mother board was bad and was obsolete / no longer available. Thus, the only option was to replace the entire system at a cost of nearly $5K. Feeling stuck and taking their word for it, replacing the unit is what we did. A couple months later, my second tankless system (same make, model and age as the first one) went on the fritz. Troubleshooting this system, it too was a motherboard problem, yet this time (not with Rub-a-Dub), a replacement motherboard was available for $300, a far cry from replacing the entire system at 16X the cost! Needless to say, this was a pretty frustrating realization to have about Rub-a-Dub's service call and recommendation. They definitely got me! :-(

I have never dealt with a company or business treating me (the customer) with the level of respect and and compassion for my dilemma which was a hot water heater that needed replaced. Belinda gave me the peace of mind and was very attentive and listened and answered all of my questions. She then got me quickly on the schedule to have the guys come out (at no cost) and find out what was going on with my old water heater. The two plumbers that came out (Brandon and Jonah) were extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process. I have to say that Jonah and Brandon worked until 8pm to finish the job of replacing my hot water heater and reducing the pressure to my house that was actually way too high. Brandon and Jonah did not complain at all about working late on 12/21/18 (4 days before Christmas). They worked very hard on got me and my family hot water again as well as my extended family that showed up halfway through the removal/installation process.
