We have been happy customers of Express for years. They are responsive and do good work…read more Unfortunately, we have switched companies as Express is crazy expensive now. We recently had them out to give an estimate for moving a sprinkler head about 15 feet and adding a sprinkler head to be located about 5 feet off of the main line. This would have been about a two hour job for them at most. They wanted almost $1,500.00! Our neighbor recently switched from them as well...for the same reason. Too bad; we really liked them.

As usual, we called them this yesterday to arrange for them to come out to do a spring maintenance on the system and to check the sprinkler heads to make sure that they are all in working order for the upcoming spring and summer. My husband called the secretary who gave him an appointment, but he was called back immediately to be told that the owner of Express Lawn Sprinklers told her to let us know that he was no longer going to service us. My husband asked her if she knew why and she said that she did not. That the owner only instructed her to tell us that he would no longer service us. I find this to be very cowardly on the part of the owner, especially a veteran owned business. We veterans, normally will be open and honest with folks and let them know if there is a problem. We do not know what we did wrong but it maybe a blessing in disguise. We have been fortunate to find Berry's Irrigation Maintenance and we find them to be top notch at their trade so this is not a real loss to us. The way that Express Lawn Sprinkler's decided to no longer do service with us is very unprofessional and cowardly. I hope that this does not happen to any one else who does business with them. I know that a few of my neighbors still do business with them, so if I see them in the neighborhood I plan asking them face to face as to why they did not want our business. Shameful.
