They were off to a decent start until they LIED and STOLE from my elderly grandmother. Telling her they'd show up for a job...completing half...taking her money and a tip...then never showing back up to finish the other half. We followed up by multiple phone calls and messages only to be ignored and blocked because they knew they had done wrong. We only wanted the problem to be resolved. 100+ year old pecan tree near my house began to show signs of illness all summer. Came home from a…read morework trip last Saturday to find new rotten hole in it. Called them Monday morning and the owner arrived three hours later to assess. The owner has expert knowledge as he gave detailed information as to why this tree wasn't going to make it. The owner supervised the whole project. Two days later the tree is gone and stump ground. No damage to anything, amazing work done as this tree was within 15-20 feet of the house and over 75 feet tall. All debris hauled away, just a pile of sawdust remained. Sad to see such great tree go, but these folks truly know what they are doing. I have three other pecan trees that were assessed to be in good health. Very impressed.

When the day came, they were very careful to bring it down. It was fun to watch and we were glad they were able to do it all safely! It took about 5 hours to take it down and cut the wood into manageable pieces and also make a burn pile with the rest of it. Definitely recommend them and would gladly use them again!
