They were scheduled and had confirmed they were cutting down a tree and then grinding the stump at my widowed grandmothers house in Canton Tx. If I could give 0 stars I would. They were off to a decent start until they LIED and STOLE from my elderly grandmother. Telling her they'd show up for a job...completing half...taking her money and a tip...then never showing back up to finish the other half. We followed up by multiple phone calls and messages only to be ignored and blocked because they knew they had done wrong. We only wanted the problem to be resolved. Recently had our trees trimmed by Prestige Pro Tree Service. My concern was the large limbs over the house or my neighbors house. The crew handled the limbs safely and cleaned everything up in pretty short order. I would recommend them if you need a tree service. read more

Horrible company! Got a quote, signed papers and they kept saying they'd come and not showing. He finally sends over a family member who drops a tree across my property and leaves. Not even the tree I'm actually worried about! Now I've got the dangerous one still standing over my home which now has dropped a huge branch that missed my dog by seconds this weekend, another tree across my yard, and they've ghosted me since the family member stopped by! I take that back the main guy repeatedly texted me last Friday saying they were coming that day and Then ghosted me. Thank God a wonderful company is coming tomorrow to take the tree down... That company looked at it today and is taking it down tomorrow.... That's how a business is run. Do Not go with this company they will screw ya over!!!! I've seen these guys work and they are one efficient crew they come all the way four hours away and not only did they take the trees down to Clean Up was in impeccable. I have my own tree service on my own for 30 years. They were on time, cost I felt was a bit high but there were several large trees involved a full days work; clean up & hauling was done well. Workers & equipment were great. This is the 2nd time I have had need for their services and they also did a great on the 1st time. This is an edited review if you happened to see the 1st about the shovels my wife loaned them coming up missing, Mr Najera located them and returned them this afternoon, so all is well. :-) If I need tree service again and I probably will, they will be the 1st call make. read more

Mr. Najera returned to cut down the pine tree stumps. Evidently there were some vehicle problems preventing his return. He did a good job cutting the stumps to ground level. I will revise my previous review and instead of one star I gladly give him a 5 star review. This man is conscientious and ultimately did a good job. Would use him again. read more

They were servicing my neighbor's yard and Ezequiel knocked on my door to see if he could trim my trees. He offered to cut two tall pines, trim my other three pines and clean limbs from my fence line for $6000. After trimming the pine, he said my pine was rotten and changed the price to $10,000. I said NO. He offered to cut one for $5000. I told him to leave. He said he'd finish trimming for $2500. I agreed. He didn't finish the fence line or haul away limbs he said he would. I paid him $2500 for the work he'd done so he'd leave. He's not trustworthy. If anyone else knocks on my door and offers to do work, I will ask them to leave and call the police if they don't. read more

The work done was good: the clean-up and damage and aftermath, not so much! After the tornado that hit the Dogwood City/Flint area I was in need of tree work. My usual people were tied up for weeks so after looking here and seeing the rave reviews I decided to reach out to Prestige. Although very expensive ($4,500 for two trees), they were available. One tree in particular was within five feet of my A/C unit, so I turned the power to it off and told the "boss man" it was off so they could cover the unit. I didn't pay a lot of attention to what they were doing other than to occasionally check their progress: I had big trees to take down so it was an interesting site to watch the workers scale the tree and remove limb by limb. I did grow concerned when I heard loud bumps on my roof and went to look out my bathroom window: finding a tree branch leaning up against my A/C unit and nothing protecting the unit from debris. I found they had busted an outside faucet (ground level) and when the "boss man" looked at it he said it had previously been repaired, was a metal pipe connected to PVC and they just couldn't do anything about it. Which in actuality was not accurate. There was a piece of PVC pipe in the ground next to the faucet to mark its location for the mowers and it had not previously been repaired. i had to turn the water off at the meter to avoid a flood down my lawn. They did blow-off the entire roof of my home: saying they were doing me a favor! Upon completing the job they were quick to take the check, but when I looked at the way they were leaving the job, I called the "boss man" back. My side yard was full of debris, my upper deck was covered in debris and my A/C unit was full of sawdust and other debris because of their failure to cover the unit. He called one of his workers back and was going to have him use his professional grade blower to try to blow the debris out. Knowing how the air intake fins can be clogged and damaged I told them to stop. I noted to the boss man there was damage to the less than one-year-old windscreen on my fence from where they had laid/dropped limbs. He did not seem concerned. The next Monday I was able to suck the debris out of my A/C unit with a shop-vac based on my A/C guys advice, averting the necessity of call-out. I had the plumber come and he repaired the outside faucet. I did contact Prestige by email on June 17, sending pictures of the damage, copies of the bill from the plumber and copies of what I paid for the windscreen for reimbursement and Dulce, the owner, responded "I spoke with them all and for a lot of the things you mentioned they denied to happening and some other things they said they actually cleaned up that the pictures you took were probably taken before they even finished". She said she had come to try to speak to me but I wasn't home and for "two things you mentioned that you didn't yet have an quote for to not look for one anymore, because I would have some of my guys out there on a day would agree on so they can do those two things." My response was for her to mail my reimbursement. I did not want anyone from her business back at my home when they had called me a liar. I went so far as to send her pictures of the damage that contained the meta-data showing date and time taken which were the day of and right after they completed the job. I never heard another word from Dulce or any representative from Prestige. I have waited two and a half months to post a review, allowing myself to calm down (I don't think anyone likes being called a liar), and time for Prestige to reimburse me for the damage to my property: still nothing. The work done, taking down the trees, was good! The workers were polite and worked tirelessly. read more

This company is the best I have ever worked with. They cut down five 50 ft tall pine trees and hauled them off. They fell in a perfect direction missing healthy trees and power lines... not easy to do. They have start of the art equipment and extremely hard working 8 man crew. read more

July 15, 2024 paid Prestige Pro to cut down three trees, remove debris and grind stumps from my front yard. The trees were cut but stacked on the curb as the landfills were closed. The stumps were not grinded because Ezequiel Najera said the grinder was broken and he would bring it back at a later date. In the meantime, a worker would level the stumps inches to the ground the same day. Six workers had chain saws but left the original cuts protruding diagonally 2ft. out of the ground. Ezequiel, agreed per our phone conversations, to return on the following dates but did not return: 7/21,7/22,7/27,7/30,8/5,8/6,8/8 & 8/9. He was paid $2700.00 in good faith to Dulce Hernandez through Zelle. This company has since refused to return my calls as of 8/28/24. read more

Perfectively pleased with their service and pricing. I had 6 large trees removed, 4 of which were extremely close (inches) to my house. Several other trees were trimmed of dead or low hanging branches to boot. The crew were very professional and energetic as they completed the job in a single day. No damage to the structure and they even cleared the roof and raked the lawn after they finished. Everything was hauled away and my home looked ready to receive guests the next day. The crews worked tirelessly and safely all day and still had energy and a sense of humor amongst themselves at the end. I've rarely had service I would rate this highly. They did a thorough and efficient job trimming very large tree branches. They cut back smaller trees shrubs, and cut back shrubs. They cleaned my roof and gutters, and they hauled off a large amount of branches. They also removed a large old wooden deck. All branches, wood, and debris were removed.
