There are more issues than room to write, so here are the highlights. Did not put chairs under rebar or hog wire mesh panels, nor was going to wire them together. Supposed to be in the top quarter of the slab not on the bottom doing nothing, no support. He said would pull it up while pouring, I watched, entire time he did not. Didn't have enough concrete for the job, so a bad low area where finished. Humps and low areas everywhere, as can see in pictures of slab with retaining water. Differences of as much as an inch. Which I need a flat surface in shop floor to build projects, floor is so uneven. Did not use a packer, to pack down, leaving air bubbles in the concrete. It's already cracking and surely will cause more cracking and failure of the slab over time. It's only been a couple of months, and it is falling apart on sides and cracking all over on top. No doubt will crumble when put weight on it, like vehicle/tractor. Didn't even get the measurement right, 30'x30' slab is now 29'11"x29'10". The prefab metal building is hanging off the sides. No drip edge, so water issues. Had some rocks in concrete which are breaking out on their on and causing holes everywhere. Did I mention that it's been only three months and already cracking and crumbling all over! The dirt work was poorly done. He did the plumbing using wrong parts and unable to put it in correctly. Also, three months later when the professional building installers were putting in anchor bolt wedges for the metal building installation. The bolts would not tighten up due to concrete would not hold. Cutting corners doing less work to put more money in his pocket and left me with well below substandard slab. Cliff Givens does not even deserve one star.

We followed up by multiple phone calls and messages only to be ignored and blocked because they knew they had done wrong. We only wanted the problem to be resolved. I hope that this keeps others from being stolen from. Do your research. Lying and stealing wasn't in their job description.

I knew this was going south so I started recording our conversation. he knew about the drugs, he admitted to hiring illegal immigrants, he admitted to hiring addicts, he admitted to hiring day labor guys and even said one of them left the drugs. Trash is everywhere. They didn't secure my roof and let it rain. by the time they fixed it my attic was flooded and my ceiling collapsed. My brand new roof has spray foam coming out of the cracks and is all over the place. One side of my house is missing a couple lines of screws and the just rattles in the wind. I left the review on their facebook page. Go look at the damage they caused my house. I think and it's my belief that I was scammed. if he will take advantage of a disabled veteran waiting on heart surgery he will do you wrong too. The day they left they left the dormers open and it was raining. They didn't care. kaden (guy in charge that day) told me he was being evicted and asked me for money. Said he would come back next week. no joke. I called the authorities. Monday I'll be calling ICE to turn in the recordings. IRS be notified.
