I don't usually write reviews, much less give a 5/5 rating because there's always room for improvement, but I wanted to praise & thank David & his crew from Arbor Tex Tree Services for a superb job done. David and his crew are great!! It started with David coming over to give a quote for tree trimming & removal. I called several times & David never seemed bothered or to mind my many questions; if he was working & couldn't answer the phone, he always returned my call. I actually requested him to come back to the house to look at another tree, and he graciously obliged. David's professionalism & willingness to go the extra mile, made Arbor Tex Tree Services the company I chose. As for the work done, all the men were professional & worked very hard throughout the day. There was even a plant that was approx 1ft away from a tree they were removing, and I don't know how they did it, but the plant was not touched! These men were amazing to watch as they climbed, trimmed & removed trees. David and the crew had done some work for us. We had 2 trees removed and they did a fabulous job. Both trees were cut down, branches picked up, stumps removed and everything was left nice and clean. A professional job well done. These guys know their work and on top of all very courteous. Very knowledgeable of the work and they now take care of their customers. Also they are willing to go the extra mile to help others in need as well. Several homes in our area have had work done by them to. I would highly recommend David's Tree Service to anyone wanting professional and expediant service. We contacted them about the removal of four trees to include two pine trees that were over 100ft tall. On that very same day, in the span of five hours, they removed the trees, grinded the stumps, and cleaned up the entire area as though they were never there. The crew was extremelly polite even going so far as to trim additional trees and grind an old stump while they were on site. Their pricing was the best of several quotes and included disposal and taxes when the others didn't. David was extreamly helpful and his employees worked very hard and quickly to complete our job in the time he estiamted and to the specifics we agreed to. They were very respectful of our property and did not do any damage or leave our yard a mess with trash or other debris. We felt like the price was a very good value for the services provided and we are very happy with all the work. We will call them again for our tree maintenance in the future. I had an ancient oak tree in my yard over 100 feet tall. Over the years developed a tilt that threatened my house, my neighbor's house and power lines. I reluctantly called David and he agreed that it had to go. He and his crew showed skill and courtesy and the tree came down without any collateral damage. They cleaned up the debris and ground down the stump. They had the right tools and skills for the job. I certainly won't miss the annual knee-deep litter of leaves and acorns. I had been needing a big old sweet gum tree to be taken down for a long time before it finally completely died. Everyone I called wanted an outlandish amount of money to do it. When I called David's Tree Service, they came out quickly and quoted me about half what every other competitor had quoted. When his crew came to take down the tree they were in and out of my back yard within two hours and had taken down the tree, packed it up on their rig, grounded the stump up and cleaned up the yard. David and his crew did a complicated job for us on short notice. The job involved taking down a very tall dead tree plus some smaller trees and trimming away branches that were touching the house and overhanging a neighbor's shed. They took one day for a job that was reasonably estimated at a day and a half. All work was carefully and professionally done and cleanup was completed before they left. i live on harvestwood dr. in tyler and i had a tree at front yard that got hit by a lightning, i called arbor tex tree service to get a quote. after getting two more estimates i agreed with david to do the job the next friday since he had some jobs already scheduled. they did a great job, my wife and i were very pleased with the outcome that we also got some limbs cut back from the tree coming from the neighbors over the fence. we highly recommend arbor tex tree service to friends or anybody who needs tree work done. read more

These guys did a super job! I had several trees cut down and stumps were ground. They also trimmed many trees that had some large limbs and general trimming around the property. They did a great job.
