Once again, Artmire Urban Forestry came to our rescue. The big June windstorm came blowing through our homestead in Frankston. We had three extremely large blackwalnut branches get blown off the numerous blackwalnut trees. Two of those branches ended up on house roof, shop roof and the middle of our yard. Long story short the insurance company came out inspected the damages. Contacted Artmire Urban Forestry, requested a quote. Cody showd up surveyed the damage. The quote for the damage and tree removal was reasonable. The crew showed up, within a week even though they had received 279 calls. Within a single day they removed one dead blue oak, and removed two severely damaged blackwalnut trees, removed two massive blackwalnut branches off the house and shop. Tended to an injured blackwalnut, and treated an ancient post oak. Placed all the firewood sized wood exactly where requested, piled all the wood chips exactly where requested. The wood and chips will be put to good use. Last year's chips are mulch for this year's flowerbeds and garden plots. When the men left the site you couldn't tell that there was any storm damage or debris from removal and trimming. They treated a 100+ year old post oak so it can see the next 100 years.
