Had an unknown issue with my septic (filled without sprinklers going on). I needed some help pretty quickly. I called late afternoon. I was told pumping would be about $400 on top of addressing the problem. They came first thing the following morning (7:30am). Marvin pumped only what he needed to assess the issue. He found the electrical connection box completely submerged. He drained it and added sealant to reduce the chance of future fluid intrusion. He tested components and pulled and manipulated the pump. He ensured all worked well and tested three times to be certain all was working well. He was professional and personable. He gave me some easy to follow maintenance advice as well. This was a time some companies would take advantage of the customer (immediate need of service). In the end, the limited pumping (only what was necessary) and the quick work resulted in a change well under the $400 quoted. It is nice to find service providers who are honest and don't take advantage of their customers. read more

I have used Joey Ridgle's Septic and Sanitation 2 different times, The first time the guy who came out was very professional he emptied our Tank and cleaned the inside was very friendly and charged us $140 for the whole thing, So since we had such a great experience the first time we decided to use them again. I had them come out on 4/8/24 this time it was 2 people who came out, They emptied our tank and the 2nd guy who was with them did not seem like he knew what he was doing, they didn't clean our tank. After they left we had 2 days of rain and we noticed a puddle were our septic tank lid was so I called the company and the lady I spoke to talk to me like I was a child and tried to tell me that is was due to my tank being old, I tried to tell her that this didn't happen last time and we had more rain last time. They did not offer to come make sure it was not the lid or anything and never tried to make it right just wanted to charge us to come empty it out again or put a new leach line We are on disability and can't afford to pay for someone else's mistakes and that is exactly how she made me feel. Here is a picture of what it looks like after they did their work and covered my tank back up. read more

Texas just faced history making severe weather this past week. 6 to 8 inches of snow made it impossible to get on the roads, refreezing to sheets of ice in the evenings. We had a problem with our septic system and spoke to Mark on 2/18 via FaceTime, he was able to give us a work around before they could get out to us Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 8 am. Joey and Mike jumped into action and was able replace our float pump and extract the waste tanks in quick time. Checked all wiring on the alarm system and job completed in two hours! They did a fantastic job, I highly recommend them. read more

Excellent service. My go to guys. Always go the extra mile to please the customer! Thanks guys!

I like that this company makes house-calls. It only takes 15 minutes for them to pump one septic tank, and it costs $90 (per tank). I was told back in 2014 when I first had them service my septic tank, that I just had one tank & would only need it pumped ever 2-3 years. But I had some work done on my house, like a driveway & garage installed since then. When they pumped my septic tank this year (2017), they told me that I actually had 2 tanks, & the second tank was under the concrete driveway. They said that I would need to have the first (more accessible) tank pumped on a yearly basis so that it won't overflow into the second tank. But they can have my appointment in the computer system so they'll call me within a week of needing the tank pumped. That will be convenient! read more

I have used Ridgle for as year, good service. However, They went up 50 percent on tank clean out and their yearly contract has doubled in price. I'm a small business struggling due to the pandemic and can't afford them anymore! read more

The guy that came out and did the pumping was OK - although he did have to pull out some roots which he just threw out in the yard for me to clean up. The real problem was he left the cover partially off, then shoveled the dirt back into the hole to try to cover it. We had a heavy rain a few days later and the rain and dirt washed into the tank leaving the tank cover partially exposed. When I called the office I talked to the owner, who talked to me like I was a twelve-year-old. I asked about why the person would pump the tank would leave it partially open and never got an answer to that other than her trying to tell me that the system was old and probably starting to fail, and that covers never really fit all that well. (Funny we never had that problem in the last 2 years). I talked to her, and someone else who claimed to know all about septic systems, and got the feeling that all they wanted to do was sell us a new system. He also said that it was "normal" for companies to leave stuff laying in the yard for the homeowner to clean up. Maybe - but I don't consider that very good service. If we DO need a new system, it certainly won't be from this unprofessional company. read more

Highly recommend Joey Ridgle septic. When our conventional system failed, we had no idea where to begin. Thankfully, we found Joey Ridgle Septic. They sent someone out right away to evaluate the problem and talk about options. We ended up choosing to convince ert to an aerobic system. They were a pleasure to work with from my very first phone call through to job completion. Fair prices, courteous staff, and most importantly, prompt and reliable service. read more

Our air pump and circulation motor stopped working. The guy showed up and spent less than 10 minutes diagnosing. installed a new controller board then charged my mom over 600$ ! dident even try to figure out what may have hurt the other board. Is that the way it works? pay 600$ every 2 1/2 years. our system is only that old. he was lazy and took the short way out and could care less about what caused it, then ripped off my 86 year old mom. thats my honest opinion read more

Hired ridgle to look at my boat house septic system. Made an appointment a week out do to travel and genie set an appointment on a Monday for the first thing that day at 9:00 am. Long story short and 4 different phone calls the guy showed up at 11:3O. During those phone calls one was said he was here and I said no he wasn't and she said are your sure. REALLY. Another time she said he on the way be there in 10 minutes, after 45 minutes I called back and ask where is you guy and again I heard he's there and I said no he's not. The response was are you sure. Well when he showed up I was informed that they didn't work on boat house septic system. REALLY. I was very clear with them on what I had. He did look up in my yard and determined I had bad wiring problems and gave me estimates of around 1000.00 to repair. Now here is the icing on the cake. They said they could come back November 7th a whole month later to fix it. I called my electrician and they fixed the problem for 250.00. They still charged me the standard 95.00 service call. Really after waiting 3 1/5 hrs from a pre Scheduled appointment. Bottom line don't use these guys!!!! read more

Called and had them come out to pump out tanks. Guy pumped both tanks out...said the system was good to go. $175. Two weeks later it is over flowing out of the lids.....called them back out. Had to pay another $90 to pump the second tank again for them to tell us that oir fill lines are full. Called the office to schedule the jetting...$175 for them to just drive out, plus aanother $90 to pump tank AGAIN for the 3rd time while they jett the lines out. Witch will be $300 for 2hrs. So in less them a month they have charged us $655 to do someting the first pump guy should have told us about. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN! Total scam to get every last dollor out of you! read more
