These guys did an excellent repair job on my riding lawn mower. My mower had its problems, mostly difficult throttle cable replacements and starting problems. They fixed all that along with all general maintenence combined. My only complaint is it took longer to repair than what I expected, due to ordering and receiving parts that where needed. If I could give them negative stars I would. They had my mower for 6 weeks, called and said it was fixed and it was the same as when I took it in. Said look, the recoil starter doesn't recoil and the power drive doesn't work. It has now been a full year since I took it in and they said they are still waiting for parts. It was under warranty when I took it in, the warranty has expired now. I best not see a bill. Really, your best option is to go anywhere that's not here. read more

My tractor only lasted 235 hrs before it stopped running ( no falt of my own) and they want to replace the engine for $10k

Don't waste your time and money. Service is bad. They hide behind a 4 ft counter with big dual monitors so they are not willing to look you in the eye. My chainsaw that I have bought from there is 5 months old and less than 50 hours of run time. Paid close to $400. The RPM was not revving up like it should when squeezing the trigger. 4B called and texted me and said I need a tune-up kit. Parts / Labor was going to be $161. Why would I need a tune-up kit with not even 100 hours? Well, that is what the mechanic said as I was told. I picked up the saw, a service charge of $85, and replace the air filter for $25. Run like a champ now. Expensive lesson. Takeaway: Use YouTube to do a diagnosis. See if there is a simple fix first before taking it to the shop. Check the service charge first. read more

I initially went to the Royse City location to be told they were 5 weeks out from looking at my mower. They suggested Terrell may be less wait. I called Terrell and they said 1.5 weeks. I told them the problem with my mower and they said it was a $285 diagnostic fee! The person I talked to was very condescending and with a diagnostic fee on par for Lamborghini I decided to go elsewhere. My $13k Ferris was 2 months out of warranty and needing a fuel pump and this place was no help. Sulpher Springs Ferris dealer is very helpful and far less expensive. What the F 4 Bros?! Second mower over $10k I've bought from them. I won't be making that mistake ever again. read more

If I could give them a zero star review I would do so. My husband took his gas edger for repairs.. they kept it for three weeks before they called to say it needed a new coil. The bid was $173. A coup,e days later they called to say it was fixed. My husband used it once and it quit. Took it back (within 4 days of first repair). They told him it needed a new carburetor! Said he must have used some "bad gas". This is the same gas he always uses, and the same gas that was in it before. When he thought about it overnight, he went back to talk to the service manager whose attitude was basically "no comment". My husband got his edger and left. read more

This is my first time to visit this business for lawn mower parts and I found the staff to be extremely helpful. I had the model number to the lawn mower, but it was not a brand that they sell. This didn't matter to them, they looked up the model and found me the correct parts I needed. They had the parts in stock and were less expensive than the parts I had found when looking online to buy them, plus they saved me the shipping charges. Service department and manager at the Terrell location has poor customer service. I took a new Stihl FS91R in because I was having issues with it stalling and being hard to start. I took it back 4 times within the first month. The last time I dropped it off on August 28, 2020, they told me that they couldn't duplicate it and would send it to Stihl so they can look at it. I called numerous times and went to the dealership to inquire if it was ready and was told they would get back to me. They never called, and I filed a BBB complaint and contacted Stihl in which Stihl called me back the next day and told me that they said it was ready. This was the end of December when I was told that. I picked it up 1/7/21 and it looked as if it had been hanging on a shelf the entire time. I took video of how it was given to me to post with my complaints on every review site I can. They took my review on google personally and lied about the events that happened. They lost a customer for life in me. read more

Do not use their repair service! They charge you for repair work that they don't complete. Equipment turned on once and started spewing gas and oil. They don't warranty their work only parts for 10 days. We will never go here again. Waste of money. read more

Worst repair service I have ever experienced or heard of. Spent over $800 to repair my 46in zero turn husqvarna. After a month of them having it. They said it was tested and ready to go. Had it delivered to my house. Only to get it and the second I went to move it it barely went. They had to take it back. They said the routed the belt wrong. They dropped it back off and the next day when I mowed. 6in grass within 5 minutes the deck belt fell off. They had to take it back again. Keep in mind this is costing me days off and money to pay a landscaping crew to cut my grass. I get it back again it lasted 5 mows and what do you know. The belt came of again. They picked it back up after complaining to them that I'm spending good money and they have not fixed my original problem. After 2 days I call them! To check on the mower and I'm told no one has looked at it yet I will have to wait till the mass of people in front of me get taken care off. After straightening that out then the tell me they fixed it, it was a loose pully bolt that they just replace but they want to charge me for the labor. Now I lost it. Called the other four brothers in rowlett and the guy there had come to the one in Terrell to pick up my mower and fix what they couldn't and no charge. We will see how long it lasts now. Maybe update to come. Let see how the one in Rowlett does. STAY AWAY FROM FOUR BROTHERS IN TERRELL INCOMPETENT THIEVES! read more
