During the wake the staff was absent and not readily available when the family or guests had questions or needs. When we did look for the staff we found a very young teenager that had been left in charge of the office while the staff were out front smoking. When the office staff followed us in to answer questions they brought the lit cigarette with them and continued to smoke it while we were with them in the office. I could go on but I'll stop here. It took me three weeks to receive his ashes. It was shear mental anguish not knowing where his ashes were and when would I be able to pick them up. These people are heartless. They have no shame in letting a 77 year old newly widowed woman to go through all this much to get her husbands cremains and death certificates. Don't use this company.
