After attending a luncheon seminar hosted by SMART Cremations, all my questions were answered and I learned the benefits of pre-planning. My goal was to remove the burden of those decisions for my spouse at a time of grief and major life disruption. The person I worked with (Tracy Allen) at SMART Cremations was very knowledgeable and showed great respect for my needs. I was given several options and feel like my choice will fully meet my family needs. To top off the level of service, the company highly respects veterans and helped provide all the necessary documents in advance that would be needed for VA burial benefits. Having peace of mind knowing that my family won't have to make these decisions is a great relief to me, just wish I would have done it sooner.

As far as customer service, I can not recommend Complete Care Cremation in Mesquite enough. Terry, I assume the owner, it's the only person I've spoken with in the office, has been Grace personified. I know that this is likely a situation that she's handled before, but good gracious, this has been a drawn out mess! She was even willing to drive to my mother if necessary assuming we could pin her location down to obtain consent for cremation. Also, the person (not sure the role title, and I'll remember his name at some point) who came to pick my grandmother up was so kind. He handled her with so much care, much like she was his own loved one. Despite the general stress of the death of a loved one, and the extra stress of our situation, this facility has been amazing.

I had a plaque made with my son's picture on it that was made of cast iron That stuck in the ground that was stolen. I say stolen because I was told that the grounds people don't take stuff off of the grave stone. I understand that they do need to cut the grass and weed eat And that some stuff may be in the way and get tore up or whatever but just in the last few months almost everything that I put on my sons grave has been stolen or taken off . My son was buried here 32 years ago. The last few years i have placed stuff around his grave stone or on it is gone. It's sad that I can't even leave stuff on my sons grave because other people thinks it's ok to just take it becuase they thinks it's ok. If it is the grounds people then they need to take all the stuff from all the baby's grave stones out there and not just mine. Idk what's going on but I want answers. What would someone need a plaque with someone else's baby picture on it for just to maybe get 10 dollars for it. The last time I went to see my son the grass was mowed and some of my sons stuff was gone but left a couple of things. I looked around at the other graves and their stuff was still there with grass growed up around it . So why mess with mine and not the others ?
