Worst experience with a dealer I have ever had. Had an actual appointment to finish paperwork for…read morean ATV, and they literally sold it out from under me after having run my credit (which took a hit), and approved the deal. My only guess was that someone offered more than they agreed to with me. Total dishonesty from the sales manager to finance to the saleswomen. Buyers beware.

Besides the dents in the tank console and v-cover upon delivery, within one week of purchasing the bike, I literally had people forcing me to pull over on the road because of a sketchy back tire. After my mechanics looked at it, turns out it was not mounted correctly (not inflated enough to seat) and very easily could have caused me to go down on the road. Beyond the dents and the back tire, an engine light came on a few weeks after purchasing. I've had it in the shop 4-5 times now in the short six weeks, or so, that I've owned it. All on my own dime. Powersports Forney did order a replacement tank console, but it was the wrong part in the wrong color! I advised Jay and said I'd send it back and asked if they could order the correct part in the correct color, but it has been over two weeks and I have not heard back from him. Since PSF never offered to fix the dented v-cover, I ordered the part myself and had my mechanics put it on. I'm afraid I'm going to have to do the same with the tank console. All in all, this bike was a lemon that I've now invested several thousand dollars above what I paid for it to make safe and rideable. Keep in mind that PSF has a policy of not allowing you to test ride any bike until the sale has gone through / money received. Honestly, I should have walked away at that. I have never been more unhappy with a purchase and I don't know how they are still in business.
