Purchased a tractor package in February of this year, found out in April they were no longer providing warranty service for the TYM brand. I read the owners reply to another review on here is why I'm writing one now. I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS PLACE THE TIME OF DAY. Bought a Stihl Pole saw and used once. Bought Stihl gasoline to prevent gas from causing blockages while in storage. Saw would not run when you take off choke. Took pole saw back in 11 months from purchase for warranty repair. They charged $75 to b look at pole saw ;refundable I iif under warranty. Pop problem is the only reason the engine quit running is gasoline and we purchased the Stihl gas which is not supposed to set up and block carb if it is left ion tank for a year. The service rep was extremely rude and stated that it was a 50/50 chance of warranty coverage. The demeanor of the staff was night and day between purchasing and bringing back for repairs. I would not recommend to my worse enemy or even Biden. read more

Like most folks, we drove a few hours to save money. Big mistake. They told me and my buddy who bought a tractor from them that there dealer back home would have to provide service for them. Wrong. Apparently this guy sales into other dealers areas all the time and that is why they got dropped from Branson and TYm wouldn't sign them. My buddies dealer back home said he'd have to take it back to Big Tex for them to fix it since they got such a good deal they shouldn't mind. If ya buy something this expensive, its worth buying from your local dealer. Heck with hauling something 6 hours round trip to save a few bucks. It'll cost ya in the long run. read more

Raised the price after Bill of Lading was provided (not including upgrades), lied about the tractor performance, lied about the tractor tire performance on grass, lied about the hitch tow package, offered to bribe my 5 star review with $150 in filters and got defensive when I finally called her out. She also said since it was a heavy duty trailer I'd have to get it inspected myself which is another lie. All of this was presented to her boss in writing as proof. Of course, I never expected anything to come of it but at least I have a voice to let everyone know to pick another sales human. Melissa is a crook. Plain and simple. read more

I bought A Tractor several months back from this establishment mediately had problems called them. They said they no longer warranty or sold sold the brand I bought from them I'm sure they knew that they would no longer be selling the brand that I bought from them or warranting my tracker when I bought it so now I have to go way out of my way to get my Warranties done I feel scammed and I feel that my Tractor is a lemon if somebody asked me what I recommend them I would not you do not do business this way I would totally avoid this business stay away now my brand new Tractor doesn't even Ryan and I have to go an hour and a half away to get it serviced. I thought by buying the lawnmower at a small service location would be good. If you do not like good customer just by your lawnmower here $4,000.00. Purchased zero turn lawnmower back in April they do not show you the features or anything they just delivered it and I was on my on. After the second mowing the belt came off called them and I had to beg them to come out to put it back on and I only live about six to eight miles from the location, the other day I noticed that when you engaged the mower to neutral it would try to die if you attempted to get off the seat, parked it in the drive way and went back to move it inside the garage mower would not make a sound, called this company he proceeds to have me do diagnostic over the phone,grounded the solenoid switch as he said motor turns over, he proceeds to tell me to do another test for a blown fuse located under the ignition, and this when I said no due to the mower is still new and I should not be doing their work and he said diagnostic was customer responsibility even thou the lawn mower is new. I explained that I had something to do that day and he was still insisting on me doing diagnostic work, so I hung up on the guy never called him back. What if I would have injured my self doing what he was asking me to do? To this day they never called back to provide any type of customer service even thou I spent $4,000.00. FYI he was arrogant after I would not do what he asked. FYI called bad boy several times they are the same as this guy left messages and they never called back and you can tell they do not care, but they want you to buy there product. I could have just bought a cheap used lawnmower that needed work on it with no warranty if I wanted to do diagnostic work. read more
