There was absolutely no flexibility or professionalism -- they clearly didn't care and made no effort to work with me. When I arrived, the place was already closed, despite me calling in advance. I get that closing times are in place for a reason, but the complete lack of courtesy or understanding for such a short delay is ridiculous. Definitely not how a business should treat paying customers. Won't be renting from them again.

He ended up taking it back and returned it late that afternoon. I had an entire day wasted along with the additional cost of lodging, labor and many other expenses. When I returned it the next morning after it was due and brought this up, he became very agitated and spent the next 20 minutes trying to tell me how to run my business. Very ignorant about business and very unprofessional.
