However, when Mike Camille came out, his service was great, minus BSing me on a part cost to replace a temp sensor on my HVAC residential unit. "Oh that Honeywell part cost..". Mike comes out and I ask why it was so much for a part that is $20-120, and he tells me it was $109 part, and bc of labor, " an hour to pick it up and then install".... He was here 40 mins. Last time I checked labor was for labor and not their time to pick up a part they already had in stock several weeks ago (pre scheduled). I warned you - customer service for price gouging.. and I won't be using you all again if this price stands. You said (pleasantly), "I'm not that technical and I'll talk to the boss about it and get back to you". Funny how I never heard back from you or the boss. Nor an email for a customer review... I guess you all forgot about a quote I asked about, as in I wanted a second unit installed in one of the attics, for $12-15k.
