The drawers stuck and the bottom of one of them simply fell apart and we lost part of it. After Chris picked it up, we found the missing piece and I sent him an email. He came and picked it up and put the original bottom back together. You can't even see the seam. The best part of the story is that one of the medallions around the lock on one of the upper drawers had come loose and I had put it into a small zip-lock bag. When the dresser was delivered, it was not installed. He said he didn't find it when he worked on it and I just assumed it got lost. A month later, he called and told me he had found it wedged in the bed of his pickup when unloading another job. He brought it over and installed it the next day! Absolutely fantastic work, the price was exactly as quoted and that included replacing a large oval mirror broken soon after I got it and service was absolutely tremendous! I recommend them highly and will use them again!

We've been talking for a few years about getting it restored. Upholsterers say, "You'd be better off just buying a new one" but we couldn't find one we liked. Arnold, his Dad, and their upholsterers REBUILT our chair and recovered it, mostly in leather. The patterned fabric covers the back too. And they repaired the mechanicals and re-finished the legs. We had agreed that if one hide wasn't enough to cover everything that we would use that fabric for the back and the WINGS on the sides. When they came back and said that still wasn't going to be enough and recommended the sides under the arms, I balked at first. I said the fabric was supposed to be an ACCENT if we HAD to. I felt like this was too much. 1/2 the chair was now fabric. But it was going to add ~$300 for a 2nd hide and my wife thought it would be OK so I relented. I'm glad I did. I don't think this is too much.   It IS as comfy as we had hoped. The mechanism is like silk. It feels good. It SMELLS good. Probably good for another 30 years!

A beautiful piece of furniture in my house was torn up by my adorable young kitten (she apparently…read morethought it was a scratch pad) so I did my research as always and I was so happy to find Ignacio at I & A Quality Upholstery. I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him.
