We pulled over and descovered the axle was badly bent. It was Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm. We were stuck. My wife found Wyatts trailer sales online. I called Wyatt's and explained my situation. They didn't have an axle for me in stock but could build me one to fit. I sent over a picture of the sticker on our axle. We were 30 min. away. They would start building the axle right away. We got there and got the axle for a very fair price. VERY nice people and a life saver for me and my family. I got back to the trailer and installed the axle and we were on the road in a less than two hours. The axle fit perfectly. I highly recommend this business.

We were broke down on the side of I20 in the pouring rain. Aaron was our first call and boy he was a lifesaver. He immediately wanted to know what our issue was. He came out within 20 minutes in the pouring rain with a battery to get us enough power to get us off of that very busy, very frightening freeway. Still stuck on the side of the service road Aaron removed the alternator then traveled to the auto parts store to have it tested. When it was determined we needed a new alternator he purchased it brought it back to us and installed it. We were back on the road. I would recommend him to anyone needing service. Thank you Aaron!

Couldn't fix or repair two gas burners…read more However. It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. I called him two weeks later an he said he would try an gut the unit an rebuild. My last call was today an the told me there's nothing they can do an to come pick my unit up. It does not take 3 months to figure out you can't do anything with something. An the lack of communication was worse then I've ever seen.

I called this company and explained how my young single parent daughter bought a washer and dryer…read morefrom a man who purposely gave her bad merchandise and ran off with her money. I wasn't sure what brand but I thought it was GE and the guy told they don't work on those. He referred me somewhere else and they didn't answer or call back. I found out that the washer and dryer was in fact not GE and I called back three times to get no answer or call back. It seems companies pick and choose who they want to do business with. It's very evident that over the phone I'm a black woman. However, Green Street Appliances in Longview Texas were very helpful and I gladly paid cash for something else. My daughter now has a new set! Smh!

Technician arrived 30 minutes outside of window. He then attempted to charge $350 for the inspection. He claimed the $80 was just for a service fee. Dispatch either lied or omitted the truth. He then proceeded to do very little if anything other than take the $80. Horrible company. I will not use again.

I live in Gladewater now. Back in November, I called Alco to repair a pluming leak in my house…read more They had done some AC work for us a few years ago and everything was done satisfactorily. The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. Not to mention the job turned out to NOT be a 2400.00 job like they estimated. I would have much rather paid by the hour. Live and learn.
