On Friday 3/20/20 I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kevin Costlow the salesman In the Athens store. Mr. Costlow was not in a hurry or your pushy car salesman type forcing you to make a purchase or up-sell you. Mr. Costlow answered all my questions and treated me like I was purchasing a 250k Loader. He told me my new tractor would be delivered the next day Saturday the 21st before 12 noon by one of their employees. He called me to let me know his delivery person was not there to deliver it on Saturday and he personally would brig it to my home. Mr. Costlow used his personal vehicle to make the delivery. This kind of service is unheard of nowadays. He was not in any hurry going over the proper operation of the machine and told me when I want to remove the bucket he would come back to my house to show me how its done the first time, WOW!. Now that is an outstanding employee that should be commended for his dedication to United AG. The whole process to make this purchase was about a half-hour.
