Shortly after having the lights installed on my truck I thought everything was fine and done correctly. I paid the $265.00 bill and even gave him an additional $25.00 tip. And now I feel like such a fool! Due to the fact that I'm disabled and not able to look over the job as I should have done. While working out of town a couple of days later, I woke up and my truck battery was dead. When I looked under the hood I discovered that all of the wiring had been ran directly from the lights to the battery without any kind of a kill switch. And also discovered that the wiring from the rear lights had been ran totally exposed in the bed of my truck. I immediately called BMB to inform them of the issues. I was told that I could bring the truck back the following day to make corrections. Well I did, he did And the results were not much better. The wiring that was in the bed of the truck was hidden. The power was still ran to the battery but this time it would only work with the ignition switched on. However it still drained the battery if the truck sat for more than a day. I definitely.would not, I say again "I would not recommend this business" to anyone!!!!!

A carburetor and bushing on mower deck were the only items replaced. No one told me about the bushing, but did not need a carburetor, ran fine . I was told they had trouble starting it. Took a small john deere gator over for service as well $2000 as well. I guess thats the magic number. Just hearing the mechanics complaining about the customers while I was picking up my equipment was enough. The service manager actually has a set of rules standing on a plexiglass holder on his desk that says " Customers will be charged for asking questions, and if you sit in a chair you will be charged for therapy". That little joke should tell you everything you need to know about how they feel about their customers.
