I bought about 7 large flagstones for my front yard, a birdbath, a wide-brimmed straw hat with blue ribbon tie-ons, some metallic address numbers, some insulation tape for windows & doors, & even a phone/laptop wall charger. Well, woke up Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. to go back to our old home and meet the movers to finish up, and . . . we had no hot water. On a 30-degree morning. Propane was completely out. Called Potts Gas at opening time, and they were wonderful. Sent out Charles Dickerson that same afternoon to get our tank topped off, and when I told him I had never before had LP, he showed me around and went through the house with me showing me how everything worked. Kudos to Potts, and to Charles -- I'm glad to be doing business with you!
