On Friday 3/20/20 I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kevin Costlow the salesman In the Athens store…read more Mr. Costlow was not in a hurry or your pushy car salesman type forcing you to make a purchase or up-sell you. Mr. Costlow answered all my questions and treated me like I was purchasing a 250k Loader. He told me my new tractor would be delivered the next day Saturday the 21st before 12 noon by one of their employees. He called me to let me know his delivery person was not there to deliver it on Saturday and he personally would brig it to my home. Mr. Costlow used his personal vehicle to make the delivery. This kind of service is unheard of nowadays. He was not in any hurry going over the proper operation of the machine and told me when I want to remove the bucket he would come back to my house to show me how its done the first time, WOW!. Now that is an outstanding employee that should be commended for his dedication to United AG. The whole process to make this purchase was about a half-hour. Thank you, Mr. Costlow, for your professionalism and knowledge of the John Deere line of tractors and implements.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I hired this company to…read moreinstall irrigation and grass in my backyard and part of my side yard. They gave us nothing but problems. I gave them thousands of dollars, and ended up having to hire someone to fix their mess or fix it myself. To start, the worker who was to install the irrigation was supposed to take 2 days, but it took over a week. The reason being: he kept napping on my front porch or in my side yard. My neighbors kept texting and calling to see if I knew about a strange guy sleeping in my front yard. Then, the new irrigation zones in the backyard were supposed to be connected to the existing system in the front yard. They did not connect it to anything, so the new zones had no water going to them. Once they did finally come out to fix it, half the new sod they laid died. They were supposed to come out and redo it, but never did despite dozens of calls and texts from me. Also, when the new zones were finally connected, I had to figure out how to adjust every head myself because some were spraying directly into a fence, pointed the opposite way, over-spraying over the fence, etc. It was a nightmare! Finally, they were only supposed to lay sod in the half of the side yard that was torn up from where all the tractors were coming in and out during our pool construction. I guess the guy (the same one who barely worked 2 hours per day because he was too busy napping in random places) didn't listen to instructions because he tore up all the existing grass that was in good shape. But because they were only supposed to lay sod in half of the side yard, they did not fix the good grass he tore up! I tried so many times for many weeks to get them to follow up on their work, and it was always one excuse after another; and that's if I could even get a call back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!

DO NOT rent with CubeSmart if you are looking to stay long term! For my 10x10 unit, that I have had…read morefor years, my rent suddenly went up $27 increasing my rent to $200 per month... after further investigation as to why this happened... Management told me that it is due to market changes and that my unit is in "prime real estate", when it comes to storage. Although, many storage facilities increase their rates after a certain period of time, it typically is not more than 10-15%. CubeSmart offers low rates/promos to new customers and then slowly increases their rates as they see fit. This is a deeply flawed business strategy. It is shady business... in not being upfront about rate increases and the impact it has on people who plan to stay long term. I feel like I have been scammed... it wasnt until I did a deep dive into MULTIPLE storage facilities, throughout Tyler, that I realized CubeSmart has a misleading and flawed way of doing business. My advice, do your homework and ask for details in rate increases because if you plan to rent long term... CubeSmart is going to rip you off and you can't do anything about it because, "it was stated in your lease agreement"... I have paid $200 for the past 6 months before I had time to research other facilities. The fact of the matter is, CubeSmart is literally the ultimate worst when it comes to cheating customers... at least in Tyler. Not all storage facilities follow this shady style of business... I have found a handful of well kept, safe, secure and climate controlled facilities that do NOT believe in scamming their patrons. CubeSmart needs and should do a better job in being upfront with rates so that customers feel taken care of and not taken advantage of. Be aware and know before you rent or it could cost you big time.
