I had already located the underground valves except the one that needed to be replaced. It took quite a bit of time to locate the bad valve even with their locator system. The service man was not sure why they had put the valve so far from the other valves. The original installers had placed the valve next to another pvc pipe which made it more difficult to replace. I had them replace 2 sprinkler heads and the rain sensor while they were here. The parts replaced, I looked up pricing on and around $160. The shock was the ridiculous $565 invoice. I paid them, but never again. Express is on my DO NOT CALL list.

We recently had them out to give an estimate for moving a sprinkler head about 15 feet and adding a sprinkler head to be located about 5 feet off of the main line.
