T-Mobile customer care is good, but the T-mobile store in Jacksonville Texas sucks, badly. The only person I trust there had to move and her name was raven. Very caring person. She took the time, to understand. She helped me a lot! As T-Mobile customer care, goes there awesomeness! They have been kind, Curtis, and VERY HELPFUL everytime, I've called in, the last 2 months, which has been alot. Anyway, over all I believe that T-Mobile is great! Thank you T-Mobile for everything. We have home internet and cellphone service with them and have been happy with all of our service. Our family uses a lot of internet, and I mean a lot of internet. To let you know how much internet we use these are the devices that we have that all use our internet service when all four of us are at home at the same time: four smart televisions, two Playstation 5's, two Playstation 4's, four cellphones, two laptops, two desktop computers, three tablets, a wireless printer, a wireless bluetooth soundbar for my husband's television, two Samsung Galaxy smart watches, and I think that's it. Now, all of those aren't all going at the same time, but a lot of them are and when they are, there is no lagging on anything. We've had TMobile since March of 2024 and our service has only gone out twice and it was only due to the power being out, so no fault of TMobile. We also, pay a great price for our service. When I was with Optimum for my home phone, cable and internet service, I was paying over $250 a month. With Boost Mobile we were paying almost $200 for all of our cellphone lines. Now with TMobile for my home internet, which is super fast, all of our cellphone(we have four lines with unlimited everything), internet service on our tablets and smart watches, so that's a lot of stuff, we pay a little over $330 give or take the taxes for that month. That's an over $150 savings on what I was paying before. Whenever I travel I never lose service, unless I'm in like a dead, dead zone, but that would be with any provider. I'm telling you TMobile is the way to go.

    I am Stephen Knipein Tyler, TX. My next door neighbor is also involved in this problem. Both houses…read moreare new this year. We are at the end of the telephone pole line. The builder included underground tubing for your cable to connect to each house. My house was connected in a few days but took 2 trips by different installers. My neighbor took 2 months because the installer said he would have to hire an electrician to run cable through tube. This was not true since the neighbor used a ball of string, piece of plastic and a vacuum to suck string through. Then your installer pulled the cable through. But to get to the problem. The connector at the top of the pole only allows two connections. The installer \said he would put a work order in to get this replaced. To connect he cut my connection at the base and put a splitter in temporarily. It was to be fixed when the connector up top would be replaced with a larger connector. That was over a month ago. Nothing has happened. I called their office and the male just wanted to go through a routine to check my modem. He would not listen to my need. I have experienced some slow down. I want to plant grass but can't because of the mess left in my yard. Splitters degrade the connection. I am sharing a service with the neighbor but both are paying full price. Please setup someone to come fix this! I can't keep calling and reaching someone that won't listen or isn't capable of understanding the problem. Seems like they are just not autonomous but programmed robots.
