This place is definitely worth negative 100 stars. Not only are they scamming customers but they're trying to scam insurance companies as well. As I found out because I called my insurance company to request this a refund I had to pay out of pocket to get new glasses. Prior to getting new glasses I called my insurance to make sure I knew exactly what my budget was and make sure when I went to pick out new glasses I stayed within my budget. My surprise when the worker told me that would be $30 that my insurance wouldn't cover. I asked her what it was it for she really couldn't give me an clear answer of why I was being charged $30 out of pocket. Instead of fighting with her because from the instant I walked in I noticed she had an attitude and was very rude not just to me but the other customers so I decided I would just take it up with my insurance company. Call my insurance company let them know what was going on and thought maybe the worker I spoke to prior gave me the wrong information. Nope my insurance company informed me that I was well within my budget and I should not have been charged $30 out of pocket. They asked me to email me a copy of my receipt which I did and that's what I found out that they were trying to scan my insurance company out of money because the amount that they claimed my glasses cost and the amount that was actually on the receipt was off by a couple hundred dollars. read more

High scores for customer service, quality of lens, speed and honoring warranty. My lenses are multi focal with a wide view, they were perfect the first time. When I dropped and scratched them they were replaced quickly with the same quality. read more

Friendly staff. A lot of choices and you leave with your glasses the same day! After I left o quickly realize that some adjustments needed to be made. I went back for adjustment and they ere ready in no time. read more

Came out here on storm, left my glasses 7 hours away only having my sunglasses script. Went in at 830 they got it rolling and had my glasses done in 41 min! I have a double stig, so an hard script and they helped me tremendously fast! Wonderful service and great value! read more

This place is amazing. So afternoons are busy there. I got two pairs and all I paid was $30 which was for scratch resistance on one pair because insurance doesn't cover that. This place is a ripoff for people not paying attention to the fine print. I waited over an hour to be seen and during that time observed most customers leaving after paying on average $400 +. What was promised was $79.00 for 2 pairs of bifocal glasses. My quote was for $437. One pair's cost was $239. That was the lowest they could offer. So buyer beware. You only get the best prices with a $19.99 frame! But they don't explain it very well. :( read more

I am not too sure the wait is worth the trouble. It takes around 1:30-2hrs to just be able to buy your glasses. And the pick up is not any faster. I have been here 3 times over the past month and all 3 times the guy, that acts like he is the manager, is very snide, snarky with his comments. read more

We used the Dr. Bennett Eye mart express doctor office and eyeglass facilities today for my 10 year old daughter. It was professional and we felt very comfortable with the services provided by all the staff. This was my daughters first time to go to an eye doctor and get fitted for glasses. JD at the eyeglass mart was superb in helping us order her new glasses as well. Eyeglasses ready in one hour. No complaints. Great service. I came back to get glasses for myself October 2016 and had another great experience with this place. I used a coupon from their website to get two pairs of no line bifocals for $69. They got my glasses done in 48 minutes and text me immediately so I could pick them up. The woman that helped me was, Rebecca and she was great. I will keep returning here. read more

Glasses I got from them were supposed to be the most scratch resistant glasses they make. 3 days later they are all scratched up from normal use. For context the glasses I got from walmart are now 21 years old and still not scratched. I cannot recommend this place nor will I personally ever go there again. read more

I have used Eyemart Express for years. I have never had any issues with them before. However, this time is different. I ordered my glasses, and paid a good amount of money. Waited over a week for them to come in to find out the lenses my eyes require don't fit in the frames. If I was informed of this I would have picked different frames. Very disappointed!! read more

I have been an eye-mart lover for many years, but the last two trips have really changed my mind. The wait time for both times I went was over an hour just to sit down with a representative, and the selection was severely lacking in quality. Every frame I tried on was bent (hint: try laying the frames on a flat surface and see if both ear pieces make contact). If you're able to spend a few extra dollars, go elsewhere else for your new eyewear. read more

On vacation....my Ray Ban glasses had broken apart at the bridge and were irreparable. I went into Eyemart which was full of people. My daughter took my car to Starbucks while I searched for a pair of glasses and waited to see if my prescription lenses would fit in a pair of frames I has found. I only waited maybe 10 minutes. They called my name and popped my lenses in...fit great! The framed I chose were more sturdy than my Ray Bans and at less than half the cost. My daughter drove up as I was paying for them and we were gone in the time it took Starbucks to pour a cup of coffee! Great selection. Great pricing. Excellent service! I've worn glasses about twenty years. I'm not new to the glasses game -- and this place is hands down the absolute best. I came here to help my mom buy a new pair of glasses and the experience was top notch. The Pros of this place: the staff is efficient and very professional, the price is incredibly affordable in terms of frames and lenses, the entire process from picking them out to taking them home took UNDER an hour, and the selection of frames is very large. They also texted when the glasses were completed, which was nice. The one Con was that the line was a bit long, but hey, when you have this kind of product and service -- I don't blame half of Tyler showing up there. I've paid much more for much less. I went to Eyemart Express today had my glasses done for my 12 year old son. I must say that Charles helped him pick out a frame that he liked and told us that his glasses would be ready in an hour. So as we were actually getting out to our car to run to walmart for that hour we got a text message saying his glasses were ready. I was shocked. We went back in and my son got his glasses within 10 minutes of purchase. I was really impressed with the fast, friendly, and quality of this store. I will be back again as needed. I called to make an appointment and unfortunately I had the pleasure of speaking with rude Stacie. I simply called to schedule an appointment as a new client. I gave her my insurance and she replied, "we don't take your insurance. " (i was a bit confused because I was told by several coworkers to go there because they do take our insurance.) I told her that and instead of her showing some willingness to assist, she just completely shut me down. My coworker then got on the exact same call talking to Stacie...letting Stacie know that she was just in there and had gotten glasses as well as our other coworker. Stacie's tone and attitude suddenly changed once my white sounding coworker got on the phone. She was very tentative to her. Her tone became upbeat and she was so willing to go the extra mile to find out that they do in fact take our insurance, that it's just through a 3rd party. I do not recommend this place read more

Best quality for price. I researched online and finally settled on buying two pairs of glasses from this store. Got my eye exam from Stanton optical for 45 but their frames start from 109 so in almost the same price I got two frames with lenses in under an hour. Bottomline, never invest in overpriced branded frames, my Oakleys and my wife's Gucci lasted just 5 months of regular wear. Oakley store straight out refused to replace frame. read more

There is literally 4 sales associates in the back room and some over zealous glasses fitting "expert" working the front counter. There is a line of customers around the room and they can't seem to get the sales associates to come work the front counter just to get the glasses that have already been paid for out to the customers who are literally just waiting for the glasses they have paid for. WTF. Seems to be a ongoing problem here. read more
