Every single staff person there went above and beyond to make it a great experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and listened. The first time, the prescription was clearly wrong. When I came back to get it fixed, instead of resolving the issue smoothly, I was told their machine was broken, causing even more delays and excuses. At that point, I had already wasted multiple trips, time off my schedule, and plenty of patience. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no real effort to make things right. When you're paying good money for prescription glasses, basic accuracy and quality control should be the bare minimum--and they couldn't even manage that.
