A tech did the check a Dr signed off on it. The Dr can't be bothered to make sure they get it right. The didn't. Went back requested an appt with the Dr. A student Dr came in and did the check up. Not my Dr. still wrong. Today I'm just having them put my old prescription in the new frames I had to buy. Now I will have new glasses that I didn't need. Still haven't spoken with my Dr. what a money grubbing place to go. STAY AWAY!!! They don't care about you just your money.

He had to return to school that same day. We have a Christus healthcare plan which include one free pediatric eye exam and one free pair of glasses. I received a bill from Christus for the exam and was charged $356.00 by Dr. John Ketcher. It was adjusted by Christus to $108.00 for the visit. I am nearly 60 years old and have worn glasses since the 3rd grade; and, I have never been charged $356.00 for an examination. I have never been charged separately for the doctor visit when getting an eye examination. I have made numerous call to the billing department who can't explain how a free eye examination costs $108.00. This clinic is a scam. I will not use them ever again. I emphatically do not recommend this clinic, and I especially do not recommend this doctor. Additionally, the staff was very rude and abrasive. I can go anywhere else in town for less money and better service, and I will do so without reservation. Bill K.

I have been a faithful customer of visionworks in several locations for well over 20 years. No…read moremore. I took my 97 year old mom who has dementia to get glasses days ago. We both for new frames and glasses. She has been blind since her old glasses were shattered. I was told they would be ready in the 7 th. Mine came in 4 Days later. My mothers are not here yet and she is in danger of falling and breaking a hip. I don't know if the problem was local or the lab. We both have my bifocals, we both have transitio lenses so nothing more complicated. It's a mess ... I can no longer support this company.
