Every single staff person there went above and beyond to make it a great experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and listened. My first appointment was the the very end of the work day, on a holiday (Valentine's Day) and no one was rushing me to out the door. In fact, they assured me they'd stay as long as I needed them to stay. I went back today to pick up my glasses and was treated warmly and welcoming, like Id been a client for 10 years instead of 2 weeks. They gave me "lessons" in how to adjust to my progressive lenses. She said that I could have one trial pair. I asked if I could have two, and politely offered to pay for them. She said, no, but I could have one pair, and that she would leave them in the "bushes" for me. Yes, she really did leave them in the bushes. I still get emails from my old eye Doc in Fort Worth. His office sent multiple emails offering to extend prescriptions, and to assist in ordering contacts, and eyeglasses. This is true customer service, and something Chism's staff should brush up on. I'm in Fort Worth once, or twice a month for business. It wouldn't be an inconvenience, to switch back to him, and I probably will. None of us can pinpoint a timetable for when this Covid 19 madness will end. But, one thing I am quite certain of is that it will last longer than the one pair of contact lenses that were left in the bushes.
