Slowly becoming a regular at this salon and I'm loving it more each time I come. This is my 3rd review for this place so I just wanted to quickly mention that these technicians really work hard. They put a lot of effort into your nails and can work fast too! I always call last min. (Sorry) but they get me a spot the day of. I called when they opened yesterday morning which was a Thursday and was able to come in at 10 am. Laura did my nails and paid close attention to them. No bumps. Nice and even. She even cleaned the edges. This was my first time in years getting acrylic but I had to because my nail broke super short. But I love them! Might just continue getting acrylic for a while. (Usually just get gel polish on my natural nails). I remember when I used to get acrylics at a salon in Murrieta a while back.. They would always put too much powder making it look waaaaay to thick or they would be super flawed. Laura perfected every edge, cleaned up the glue and powder underneath my nails. Thank you! Took me a while to find this place after moving to Temecula. I've been getting fail after fail nail shop till I found this place. I still give this place 5 stars since I really like them, but nothing compares to a $20 acrylic gel in San Jose. This place comes very close though. Plus, its not ghetto and full of ratchets like my old nail salon. The workers here are super nice and friendly. Some of the girls there are super fun to talk to while you're getting your nails done. They're also a family owned mom and pop shop. Dad does nails too! They have the best pedicure chairs I've ever sat in. It massages your butt! Feels so good after a day of squats at the gym. Their prices are lower than most nail places in Temecula as well, plus they have the largest gel/shellac selection I've seen in Temecula. They also offer eyelash extensions for $35 (not a bad price for most other places). It's not on their list of services so I found out just through talking to them about it while getting my nails done. Ask for Phoenix to do your lashes. She's amazing at it, fast and hella chill to talk to. She knew exactly what I was looking for in lashes. She puts it under your real lash line so it doesn't show on top and still looks like your regular lashes but fuller. I will always come here for all my beauty needs, besides my hair. They do very nice work but when I took off my polish myself, I had a white fungal infection on my toenails. I learned early in life that you do not clip cuticles because it causes them to grow out and can get infected and now I find that I have to clip cuticles that I never had a problem with before. Getting my nails done has always been a source of anxiety for me as I've had some not-so-stellar experiences in the past, and going to a new place is especially nerve-wracking regardless of how well the place has been reviewed because I always seem to have the worst luck. Boy, I could not have been more worked up over nothing for deciding to go here. This salon was highly recommended to me by a friend of mine a while back, but I was happyish with the place I was going to at the time and did not listen. How I wished I would have listened the first time she told me that I wouldn't regret it. Regret is the farthest thing from my mind now that I listened. I called ahead and made an appointment for later in the day and ended up showing up early. I was sat immediately and had to wait less than a minute before I was being seen to. I was helped by Pheonix, who was a joy to speak to and an absolute doll. She talked with me about what exactly I wanted, looked at my reference photo and got immediately to work. I was dazzled by how fast and efficiently she worked and how detail-oriented she was. She checked every decision with me to be absolutely certain I was happy with how each step was coming along and somehow managed to keep a completely fluent conversation going at the same time. I decided to go an entirely different route than my typical full set of pink and whites. This time I wanted to go with the stiletto shape, which I've heard some horror stories about if the nail artist isn't experienced with. Pheonix didn't even blink an eye. My whole experience took about 45 minutes, and was very painless, both physically and emotionally. It's a little pricey, but I was expecting that for what I was getting. Even if I'd gone with my usual, I'd have been happy paying a little extra for how pleasant my visit was. The salon was clean and quiet and entirely what I like in a salon. I only come to this place in times of emergency. I have to get on a plane tomorrow @ 6am & don't have time to drive 2.5 hours to my normal place Studio Nails in Panorama City. First time I came to this crappy shop I ended up with crusty nails. Paint wasn't cleaned up. Totally rushed service. Chunks of acrylic under my nails! I spoke with the woman and she had been doing nails since 1994 but yet still incompetent on how to perform a proper full set. Second time, I gave them another chance. I came in & saw Mindy. She saw what a crap job the last woman whom I don't remember the name of did. She laughed when she saw my nails. She felt sorry for me. To my surprise Mindy did my nails really well & I was happy with it. I came back to this nail shop because I usually get my nails done in LA because all the shops in Temecula that I've been to ended in horror. I schedule an appointment w/ Mindy for a fill & pedicure because I like her work. She started doing my pedicure & then I was passed off to Henry. My partner ended up getting a pedi by Mindy which was lame bc I requested her. My pedicure turned out ok. My only complaint is the French was the size of a space bar and when I told him it still came out too thick but all in all a good experience. Henry was nice, listened to what I wanted, and sparked conversation. He did a very good job massaging my legs as well. The disaster came when Cindy did my nails! She had a nasty attitude when I told her the white was too thick when I got a pink & white set. I never asked her to take the whole white off but she did! I thought she was just going to make them shorter. She said oh I already made them shorter. Seriously my normal guy would just make them shorter. Additionally, you could tell she was rushing through the whole thing. My middle finger came out looking like a fat stubby toe nail! The only reason my other nails looked good was bc my LA nail guy did them originally & I came in for a fill and she replaced the middle nail. As soon as I asked her to shorten them she started talking shit to her other colleagues in some other language which I knew was about me. I wanted a glitter line and was passed on to another girl. I was also left w/ acrylic under my nails so thick & asked the girl to fix it. She doesn't so acrylic nails. Oh god! I had to go back to Cindy who had a major attitude. It's not my fault you left chunks of acrylic under my nails. So she attempted to fix it but did a half ass job. I left still w/ chunks of acrylic under my nails just like the first time I came. On top of that Cindy was gossiping to her client about why she was late for her appt w/ client. Her client turns around in her chair & starts staring at me. Like WTF! Then Cindy gives me this death stare after the woman turned around I mean how OBVIOUS! I went in this place at 10:30 with an appt and left at 1:40! Are you kidding me? Who has that kind of time? If I wasn't leaving out of town tomorrow I would have just drove 2 and a half hours to go to my regular place. I'm in a out. No issues. At the end of the day I was charged 30 for a pedicure & 20 extra for gel! Seriously 20.00 extra? The cost of a whole freaking bottle of Gelish polish on Amazon is 15.95! Talk about bending over & taking it in the back door! 38 for a shitty pink & white fill. My partner got a pedicure for 36 no polish. Totaled out to be 138.00! I did not tip bc what was supposed to be a relaxing time getting my nails done ended in nasty attitude, shit talk to colleagues, & gossiping to clients about me. Had I not said anything my nails would have came out lopsided. Cindy your unprofessionalism ruined it for everyone who deserved a tip. Like Mindy & Henry & the girl who had to finish your work. I get the same services in LA that do a waaaaaay better job like 100x better (check my reviews w/ pictures!) for 93.00 not including tip. Cost means nothing to me at the end of the day if it's deserved & the skill is there. Save your nails the embarrassment of coming to this shop. I will never step foot in another Temecula shop. I honestly would have fathered just got on the plane w/ a missing fingernail and a fucked up set then go through what I witnessed today. I'm soooo disappointed. ***Update*** Basically a day later and my nail already broke off. 50 for a pedicure and my nails have broken off and gel chipping off. So much for paying 20 EXTRA for gel. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I definitely would. First, I walked in after 10 am to get a full set, and was told to come back at at 3pm with an appointment. That should of been my clue not to go back, but I figured I would give this place a try. I arrived back at quarter till 3, and walked in telling the rude gentleman in the front that I had an appointment. He looked at me and said nothing else. So, I stood there looking at gel colors waiting for an answer and did not receive one. I told them I would wait outside. Mind you it was cold, and the do not have enough seats inside for customers to sit on. So, I waited outside for 15min. Now, 3pm rolls up and I walk back in. Some lady tells me to have a seat at a stall, and again I waited until 3:10. Not one person greated me. The guy in the front told a few customers to go outside because other people were waiting too. At that point, I walked out of this place and I will never go back. Bottom line is, I would never recommend this place due to their EXTREMELY RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And, no matter if you have an appointment you will still wait. Don't waste your money or time here. read more
