Very cute selection of plushies and trade ups are possible but for the medium/large stuffies only. I've become somewhat of a regular of these arcades as they've been popping up in SoCal, and have become somewhat good at figuring out what helps for machines. Weight distribution matters and claw strength! I found that the small machines were much easier to win prizes (maybe by intention) and the larger machines had such cute prizes but loose grip strength in the claw making it harder to win the bigger, good prizes. So all of a sudden your tokens start vanishing quickly. I had 50 token credits and ended up with two medium sized plushies and 6 small items, which for me is on the smaller end of a haul. Still had fun but other claw arcades may give you a better win rate. Parking is plentiful, in the same lot as a Dollar Tree and several other stores.

If they are they are doing a good job letting people win most of the time. I think there were a few machines at time I had to try 8 times and gave up because I couldn't pick up the plushie. But usually one token I get one plushie. This place is absolutely addictive but I like it over other places because you can upgrade your plushies for bigger ones at the front desk. It's such a nice treat because if we have a bunch of little ones we don't want, and a big one we do like better, it's worth it. I leave with at least one big plushie that I exchange for 8 medium plushies, and a few more medium plushies. Total I take home each trip 1 big plushie, and 3-6 medium to little plushies. Other claw machine places I feel cheated because you either have to put a bunch of coins in to play once, or the plushies aren't easy to grab. This place is not only affordable, but you put one coin for each machine for one play. It's really fair and wants you to win. The cherry on top is the plushie upgrade exchange after you're done playing. I come here at least once a month because it's really fun

The mixed veggies were pretty soft and steamed. They tasted like the veggies themselves and didn't have much seasoning, if any. I got a chicken nugget and Louisiana nugget. The Louisiana nugget was spicier than the regular nugget. I got Broccoli cheddar soup. It was pretty creamy. I was here at 1:20 pm for my nephew's birthday party. We were in a private room. The table had around 30 chairs I think so it was a tight fit. We were moved to the general area at 2:45 pm. Employees got our plates and utensils when we were finished eating. They had gloves on. There was a curtain dividing the room from the other room so they can be combined. One gripe I had was there were no soup bowls available when I checked the buffet area so I used my dad's.

It gets * one or * * two stars on the food quality and selection. The food here is very sugar and carb heavy... so not great for diabetics, lactose intolerant, healthy clean eaters or those weight watchers on any diet. The base entrees and food they serve is simple no-frills Pizza - various toppings Pasta Chicken Nuggets (previously frozen type) Mac & Cheese Then they have a somewhat mediocre or lackluster in quality sides of: Soup Salad Garlic Bread French Fries Basic Desserts Drinks Slushie/Icee/Slurpie Frozen Drinks So, if you're coming here for the food, on one level it is cheap in cost at $15 per person for the AYCE Buffet... but $15 can buy you better quality food if you're just looking to eat. If you have a family of 4 (4 x $15 = $60) you can get better pizza anywhere and better chicken or make better Pasta at home or go to an Italian restaurant for that money. The price is affordable 'tho overall for many who like this casual AYCE self service format. My suggestion is they raise the price to $20 and make the selection more robust and much higher quality, especially for teens to adults. If you don't like pizza, pasta or greasy less than healthy foods, you'll have nothing to eat for the most part other than a weak salad. They need more protein and fresh selections. The Sizzler mini AYCE Salad Bar is more robust than this. Any Asian AYCE Buffet has leaps and bounds better food. Hometown Buffet puts this place to shame. So, if they want to live up to the advertised "Incredible" brand moniker, they need to step it up so it can become a venue for repeat customers, destination dining based upon cravings and not just a side aspect of a video game entertainment amusement center where you have to pay for games by the experience (coin-op credits per game). So, my recommendation to the company is to improve the food. What would bring most patrons here is the arcade. There are "entry fees" so look up the cost and what you get before assuming you can just walk in to play games only. It's good for the 14 and under aged children. The crowd can be rambunctious with kids. It's more inner-city than the stereotypical South Bay Beach City in environment, serving Carson and Torrance but within 20-30 mins of the SBBC area. The staff are nice and friendly. Parking is very plentiful and easy.

Everything is very clean, from the karts to the track, which shows great care in maintenance. The snack bar is a nice bonus for breaks between races. The staff are excellent, especially with kids--helpful, attentive, and focused on safety. Overall, it's a well-run, fun place I'd definitely return to.

The biggest issue was a staff around the track --this (1) girl in particular appeared to be having too much fun slowing certain go-karts down with her red remote, imo. But I'll get back to that in a sec. We decided to eat first: Food was okay-- ordered pepperoni pizza (they almost left it in too long and some of the crust was burnt. Had to break those pieces off and eat around it) and Pepsi in a bottle. My bro got sliders, wings, tots and Pepsi. His food took a while so we couldn't really eat together. Ended up sharing my food while we waited for his to come out -- which was weird since we were the only ones there who had ordered anything. When his food finally arrived he ate some of it and threw the rest away --guess he wasn't impressed. He mentioned it was "decent". Now to the races: Multiple people came and bumped me trying to get past me --never saw her slow their go-carts down but she definitely slowed down me and my bro multiple times when we were the ones getting bumped continuously. It got to the point where I just purposely stayed the last racer just to try and enjoy the experience and made no attempts to move up the ranks. Idk what the men's restroom looked like but the women's restroom had lots of gnats! Paper towels overflowing from the discard. Important to note: For as many staff as they had lollygaging around near the track you would think the place would be spotless. There weren't a whole lot of customer so definitely some staff could've been putting in some time and effort to clean around the place. Ultimately: We paid for (3) races. Ended up only using (2) mutually agreeing it was time to get outta there. Leaving the 3rd race on our accounts for another visit that we will be using at ANOTHER LOCATION. No I don't recommend and doubt I'd be returning. This review is reflective of my visit on 11/7/25 Duration of stay around 2hrs.

Review #966 2026-032…read more This used to be AMF Bowling & was later acquired via merger by Strike Holdings LLC (dba Bowlmor Lanes), & rebranded as Bowlero in 2017. Since our last visit over the summer, they're now defunct & again renamed to Lucky Strike in 2025. Whew! Bowlero is actually closer to home than the defunct Gable House Bowl, & the very last bowling alley in Torrance after the demise of Palos Verdes Bowl prior to GHB. I went through a phase of bowling at least once per month in my YA years & recently started up again after having kids due to bowling birthday parties. I miss bowling... I bowled for the 1st time when I was teen & can even remember my 1st score of 77. I didn't bowl much, but I'm usually in the mid-range of 150 or thereabouts & have scored a few turkeys in my lifetime. At one point, I had planned to purchase bowling shoes so that I'm not using the public ones since I hung out with friends that either like to bowl or shoot pool. We were invited to a teen's 15th b-day at Bowlero & the space is huge! It has a mini arcade, bar, pool tables, & 40 bowling lanes that's equipped with lounge seats, blacklights, & HD screens that played movies, music videos, & sports. My daughter had a good ol' time with the birthday girl & their friends, most were from her Color Guard team. Both lanes seem to malfunction frequently enough that they didn't get a full 2 hours; the girls didn't seem that into bowling so it was fine. They were served pizza, chips & salsa with fountain drinks. I only wished they were either served before or after bowling to clean their hands since none of them thought to wash their hands between frames. Yikes! \(`0´)/ None could really bowl & scoring 50+ points was an accomplishment with a couple scoring 100+; the random strikes helped in between the gutters. After a couple of rounds, the girls hung out at the arcade; it's on the smaller side with some games that offer tickets that can exchanged at the automated prize hub. I thought Bowlero would be a fun place to hold my 15 YO's birthday celebration the following month because there's so much downtime for her friends to chitchat & hangout. And I happened to find a really great Groupon Deal: $84 for 2 hours of bowling + shoes rental for 6... not sure of the normal rate, but this is $7/hour with shoe rental! I kept it small to help H build relationships with her friends. It's been only a month, & Bowlero is still riddled with technical issues that we spent more time waiting for the tech to fix the problems than bowling. Even with a lane switch didn't do much to fix the frequent downtime. I even requested to be closer to the center of the bowling alley, near the front desk due to the far left lanes' malfunctions. Again, scoring 50+ points was a real accomplishment with one g/f hitting 100+ in the 1st round. At the 2nd go, H had the highest score of 81. I'm not sure when is prime time but the parking lot was half-full at each visit & it was quite busy inside with half the alley in bowling action. Bowlero is a chill place for a family-friendly bowling game or two... if only the technical issues doesn't mar the experience.

Great bowling place!…read more The drinks and food are a bit pricey but we hardly come here so we decided to split the cost. The service is good! The food is good! The place gets packed around 8:30 pm so come around 7:30 if you want to get a lane. And come with a group so that it's cheaper bc it was just me and friend and we played good but we finished so quick. We then went to the bar to have drinks and the bartender Esme made our night bc she was so attentive and quick and helpful with our drinks. Kudos to Esmeralda for being the best bartender! Forgot to take photos of our drinks but they were good!
