I took my nephews (ages 10 and 12) on a Saturday evening and we had a blast! Max set them up first with the PvP arena which they had a lot of fun with, and then we moved on to the zombie game. The gore was a little too much for my younger nephew, so I stepped in for him - unbeknownst to me, Max set him up on some of the roller coaster rides so he wouldn't feel left out, which was very thoughtful. My grandson (9 y/o) and I (69 y/o) had a blast at the Torrence Battleground venue! The games were terrific and the staff (especially "Mark") was extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, patient..... and really cared about us having a good time! Advice for first timers: wear lightweight clothes if you are planning to play the tactical and zombie games (both of which were exceptionally fun!), as you will be moving around quite a bit. I'm conflicted in my ratings. It was a cool VR place and lots of space and games however the 3 staff seemed overwhelmed with setup of games. We had a large party. Most fun for everyone was Laser Tag. The conflict for me is the VR staff in striped shirt that had noticeably bad BO, also decided to vape right in front while I was sitting on couch before going to help setup the rest of my party on laser tag. There was a worker in black shirt who was really helpful on response however only when approached since he was 99% looking on his phone our entire visit. I wish he would have been more engaged because he seemed quicker when asked. I want to upgrade their review because the content of what they had was awesome but tithe vaping incident alone makes me want to give them 1 star. And nothing seemed to be wiped or cleaned between uses. read more

The guys were helpful even over the phone. I asked what the best time to come on a Saturday was, and it was pretty quiet when we first arrived. I ended up buying the 1 hour unlimited game for $60 and I think it's worth it. My kids loved choosing different games they wanted to play in. The workers were so helpful when they had IT issues. They even let us stay 30 min extra for free! We will definitely come more in the summer. read more

Initially the gentleman who helped me was pleasant. I played the game and when the equipment was removed I saw an Allied Security lady and a female employee standing a little ways off watching me. I looked at them and the girl said out loud to the security lady 'thank you for coming...' I don't know what I did wrong, I was just playing the game and for awhile there were some other people but at the end there was just me and several employees. I had spoken with the same security lady earlier asking where something was but had seen the VR place on my way and I had time to play so I stopped. The guy who took my equipment at the end (different from the initial guy) was pleasant till I left. I paid for the session ahead of time and $35 for an hr is a good deal. But I really did get offended that they thought I would do something wrong and had to call security. Run off with a VR helmet that is hardwired into the system? Steal the controllers?? Considering they didn't have any customers, it would have been nice to not feel like I was a criminal. I called to speak with a manager, a Joanie put me on hold to find one. I told her briefly about the issue. She was gone a while and of course, no manager to be found. They wanted my number. I know no one is going to call me back unless they found someone who is good at polishing the truth. When I was trying to leave the mall, there was a small male Allied Security guard that I was going to ask for help to get out of the mall. I had been walking around looking for a place that I lost my bearings. He pretended to talk on his radio to avoid speaking with me. As soon as I walked away from him he stopped talking and would not make any eye contact with me. Guess security doesn't like being asked for directions or they don't want to speak to potential criminal. read more

I came here with some coworkers for a team building exercise. It was amazing! Wayne and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. They cleaned all the eye pieces between games (thank GOD). There's so many different types of games to play. The POLYGON was my favorite! I liked that one game you worked as a team and another you were against each other. It was a really fun way to take out some aggression on Debra from accounting.... it was also cool to be able to walk around instead of being attached to a cable. The karaoke was really fun too!! Went by today with my friends, we haven't been back since COVID, and I gotta say I am relieved at how careful and detailed they were with sanitizing and cleaning. We had such a great time. Tower tag is a MUST TRY!!! Jeffrey and John were both attentive and fun, they really know their games, and walked us through everything. It's worth paying for an hour of play which was $35. Some games take a bit of practice and getting into so the hour goes by fast. They do loyalty stamps now, so we are coming back soon read more

Their polygon VR is the first of its kind in North America and available to help me prove I am the superior gamer in my friends group. The staff was welcoming and helpful considering I got too hyped and moved around a lot. The variety of games and ease of play made it so my entire family could get in on the action. It's got some really good games. Terrible customer service. False advertising. Called to reserve a time for my child and some friends to come to celebrate his birthday. Online the pricing was $195 but when I called I spoke with a woman named Tony who told me the website was under construction and the pricing was $700-900 for 7-10 kids for 2 hours. I told her that was insane and false advertisement. I requested to speak to a manager, which she told me she was the sales manager. She told me the prices needed to be updated online and would not honor the online price. She offered me a discount price of $500. Needless to say I didn't book anything here and don't plan to go in the future. read more

This place is dope! The VR headsets are awesome especially their selection of multiplayer games. You can definitely play solo but their best game is the battle arena Polygon! The full body tracking and gun controller with recoil alone feels cool and in game, it helps you feel like you are there! The VIP karaoke area is awesome as well. It comes with some couches for a small group of friends and you even get 2 VR sets in there if you also want to play. This place is definitely cool for a kickback party. Helpful tip: wear some athletic clothes and sneakers because you will be ducking, walking, and crouching. You want to be comfortable when you rack up kills with your friends. read more
