The home itself is beautiful and worked well for our wedding weekend, allowing us to spend meaningful time with family and friends who traveled to celebrate with us. Leading up to the event, communication was professional and helpful. The issue arose immediately after checkout. Less than an hour after checking out (on the morning following our wedding, while my husband and I were beginning our honeymoon) I received multiple back-to-back emails regarding post-stay issues. Receiving these communications at that time caused significant and unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyful and once-in-a-lifetime moment. While I understand that property standards and rules must be enforced, the timing, volume, and tone of the messages made the situation far more stressful than it needed to be. In my view, these matters could have been addressed in a more measured and considerate way, especially given the context of a wedding weekend. For a property that is marketed and promoted as a wedding and event venue, it would be beneficial for management to be more mindful of how and when post-checkout issues are communicated to clients. A more thoughtful approach immediately following checkout (particularly for wedding stays)could prevent unnecessary distress and preserve what is otherwise a positive guest experience. The property itself was lovely and our wedding was beautiful. Unfortunately, the way the post-checkout communication was handled overshadowed what had been an otherwise positive experience.

Norbert hooked us up with a beautiful condo with oceanview! It slept 10+ and was very agreeable in price! It sounds too good to be true, but they dont lie....no cleaning fees, free wifi, ocean views from the balcony, a huge indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, raquetball, you name it! Amazing weekend in an amazing condo. Everyone in our party had a blast and talked about returning to stay at the same condo next year.

For our kid companions, both were essential! Both ocean access and the providdd pool were great. They were 14 or under so they enjoyed the pool even with air temps close to 59... (hearty souls...). But that said-- even in my own visits, I noted no water or facility concerns. All seemed exceptionally well cared for. But all that aside, our unit was in great condition. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath... kitchen and all else was reasonably outfitted. We cooked many of our dinners here and had all we needed. Similar for breakfast. We also loved we were just a couple miles from all things St. Augustine tourist-wise. We drove up several days. It was literally a few minutes drive, and there is ample parking at the city garage should you not find other options. We enjoyed several days of walking adventures from there. Our room was spacious with a nice king sized bed. Shower had room for two. We also had a bench on the deck outside of our room. I sat there and read the paper. I loved discovering a cat curled up there on our last day who was friendly and enjoying the morning sun. Breakfast was delicious with an egg bake and waffle our two days. With fresh fruit, bread board, juice, and coffee, there was more than enough to eat. They also hosted a social for the guests but the timing didn't work out for us to attend. It was quite the spread when we peaked in one night. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast outside on the large porch. The first day it was raining but we were covered so not an issue. The second day it was sunny and clear. Beautiful views of the water. The staff was fantastic and took care of all of our needs. Great stay!
