Went in on Sunday night around 6pm and there was only one employee. Juan was able to assist me as well as several other guests at the same time. He turned a stressful situation into a very easy painless process. I am incredibly grateful for his fantastic customer service. If I ever need to go to an ATT store again I will choose this location and hope he is working. read more

Staff doesn't acknowledge or greet customers when they come in. Just ignores customers unless you come up to them. Only one team member when I came in and 3 customers waiting. No English. Music was only in Spanish and everyone only speaking Spanish. Needs improvement. read more

This employee in this location is always willing to help no matter what the manager and his crew are the best I don't go to no other office but only this one they are the best they deserve an award for great customer service read more

Joe is absolutely the best! I thought I was going to leave here looking for a new company but Joe helped me out with what I needed and explained my bill to me along with adjusting my plan to charge me what I was told I'd be charged when I first signed up with them. Definitely recommend seeing Joe if you need assistance read more

They never pick up the phone. Like don't bother putting a company number if you never pick up. I will see time sometimes hang up on the call

Love this location, Colby is so helpful and very informative. Went above and beyond giving us and information on selecting the best plan. We will definitely come back and recommend my friends to come here. read more

The people here are good helpful here. The place is big and doesn't feel jam packed. They have everything you need in regard to phones and accessories . The only problem is At them selves are a rip off and have horrible plans that cheat you and don't give you your moneys worth. read more

First off, I've never had such problems until my last visit which is unfortunate. I went in today to upgrade my phone. As I was sitting there the representative switched service from my old phone to the new one without verifying my account or charging me the fee. Bc she did this the fraud department couldn't verify my account bc she switched the service and I couldn't answer my phone! Then they had to switch back my service before telling I need to go to corporate! No "sorry for your inconvenience" or "we made a mistake." Not to mention they pretty much ignored me and kept me in the dark the entire time. I would not recommend this store, stick to corporate. read more

I came in this store hot, stressed, and ready to lose it.... A home rep sold me on at t mobile then dropped the ball... I came in with a list of questions and honestly, my anxiety was through the roof. But then I walked into this store, friendly chill calm and mine AT&T. Adriana was literally like a therapist. She was so kind and knew her stuff. She answered all of my questions. Even the ones I asked multiple times and reiterated what I should do in a way that really eased my anxiety. I am telling you if it wasn't for the store and this wonderful customer sales representative, I would have tried to cancel. I appreciate that she did not make me feel hysterical even though I was and was so nonjudgmental and truly just empathetic and kind and importantly knew her stuff. read more

Refugio helped me have a great experience with an AT&T today. He was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help me with my account. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. AT&T is lucky to have HIM he's such a helpful and kind employee HE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER , the manager was unhelpful and super unpleasant with helping read more

My husband's new phone was stolen and we came here to ask about our options for replacement. We were told they could not just sell us a phone, but we would have to add another line and put it on a payment plan. That sounded suspect, but we needed the phone replaced and were in a hurry. She said it would be $25 per month for the line for six months at which point we could pay off the phone and cancel the line. A few days after leaving the store I noticed she added device insurance, up next, and the most expensive plan all without telling me. This place is dishonest and the staff will add extras to earn commissions. Insist on reviewing your order before you leave as she didn't even show me the changes that were made. Will definitely not return to this store and I will avoid any AT&T store in the future thanks to these shady practices. read more

Eddie and his staff are wonderful! Eddie was able to help me resolve a huge mix up with At&t and calm me down. He's a wonderful manager and team player. At&t is lucky to have him! I will be letting Texas know they have big shoes to fill from our awesome Cali rep! Thank you so much again! read more

Dishonest. I came in here cause my phone was stolen and I had to get a new phone which was fine. I declined the extra warranty plan but they still added it to my account anyways and you don't realize until a couple months when they bills roll in, that it's more than what they said and you see they snuck on the warranty without permission. Intergrity goes a long ways. read more

My mom and I had gone to the store in Panorama city recently and were kind of put off by a condescending team member. Came across this Lake Balboa store randomly and so grateful that we did. Joe was so helpful, personable and funny. He walked us through the transfer process patiently and made it sound like a simpler transaction than we had previously been led to believe. Exceptional, world class service. Not to mention we love our new phones. Thank you Joe! read more

Props to Eddie P. who was so patient and understanding as we worked to resolve my account issues. I have been meaning to post this review for a while (better late than never). I have been so busy but the experience I had at this store was so amazing that I had to share. About 3 weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment at 11:30 AM at the AT&T in Roscoe Blvd, I arrived at 11:00 AM and I noticed a long line had formed, it appeared that the store had not opened. The manager was there but did not have the consideration of letting people know of any delays (I would have at least put up a note at the door). At 11:30 I asked the security guard as he was exiting the store, if they were going to be opening. He stated he it will be around 12:30 PM before but did not give an explanation. I suggested putting a note so people aren't waiting around wondering. He said, he does not work at the store and that's the managers responsibility. I decided to head to the AT&T at Saticoy St. and right as I enter the store I am greeted by Eddie welcoming me. Eddie was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I ordered 3 phones and added a new line to my account. Although, this store is further from my house, I'm making this my preferred store. I highly recommend this store!!!! read more

Shoutout to Eddie! It's rare meeting a customer service agent so polite, informative, patient and helpful. I was having a really stressful day due to phone problems and he fixed them promptly and with a smile. He's the man!!! Thanks Eddie -Sabrina read more

I went in to get my iPhone activated today, and the employee who helped me charged me $20 CASH to transfer my old information onto the new phone. I asked for a receipt, and he would not give me one. I insisted, and he gave me a receipt for a $19 piece of hardware that I didn't buy. I asked what the deal was with the bogus receipt, and he insisted that this is a $20 Service Fee that all AT&T retailers charge. When I got home I called just ONE other location, and guess what? They don't charge a thing. I was targeted and cheated out of $20. I will return to name the employee who took my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. read more

Went in for an upgrade and Joe gave me a great deal and gave me a work discount, I didn't know AT&T sold Fiber internet so he signed me up for that as well. I highly recommend this store and the person that helped me out today. read more

Sold me "lifetime replacement glasses " but didn't notice me about it will cost 8$ for each time replacement. I would NOT buy it if I knew . Got scammed in AT&T. read more

The manager was disinterested surfing his phone. Bad energy, to call him rude would be a step too far, but he was not acting the way a leader should. One employee knew the promotions the other didn't. Not well stocked. I'm sure you can have a normal experience here... I didn't. Below average h8 to say it but sadly true! read more

Poor customer service. Lazy and unenthusiastic. Do not come here. Save yourself the time and trouble. This place is joke.

I bought a phone from this location and it was delivered to my house the next day. Ilsy placed my order and went through all the deals I could take advantage of. She was very polite and helpful. She made my visit and transaction very easy! Thank you very much for your help Ilsy! A couple of days later I had some trouble setting up my phone so I went back to the store. Enrique was WONDERFUL! He was so helpful and super patient! He was very nice and funny too! He was definitely a life saver! I was so grateful for all of his help! I can't say enough nice things about him. Everyone should go to this location and see Enrique! This AT&T store is lucky to have such a great employee! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ENRIQUE!!! read more

I wanted to get an upgrade and a watch, I was very nervous about it because it has been a few years and I was worried about the price! Enrique and the manager I didn't get his name we're both very nice and helpful! Enrique took his time to find me a great deal and also to help me set up my phone and watch! He was professional and courteous! I honestly appreciate it so much and thank you!!! read more

The employees act like their rank and hierarchy is more important than helping the customers. The manager eddie is rude and unwelcoming, and it seems he is hazing has his new trainee with servitud by having him greet me and inquire about my issue when he (eddie) wasnt busy to begin with. He didnt make any communication with me until it came time to suggest i upgrade to a new phone which meant more debt $$$ and or a larger balance. they act like a high school click who cares more about hanging out with each other than helping customers. when you walk in it seems as though you are inconveniencing them by making the store more busy than it was before you came in. It was dead and it filled up with customers seconds after i arrived. I needed a few minutes to think about my options but when i returned for help i was completely ignored or rudely turned away because everyone was busy. I get it but be communicative with waiting customers, ensure them that you will hp them or will be returning to help them. I walked away. read more

This is my "Go To" store! Anthony the store Manager is fantastic! Even though he's the store Manager he still helps customers with their needs! We have purchased multiple phones from him and he's followed up to make sure everything was perfect before we left! Highly recommended! read more

Absolutely the worst AT&T store i have ever been to. The first time i was there, they made me wait half an hour and then took somebody else before me as soon as they walked in. The second time i was there the girl was trying to watch a video on her cellphone while trying to type in my name into att system to pull up my info, after typing it wrong the forth time i offered her to watch her video while i type. Save yourself time me and frustration, find a store with better costumer service or with employees that at least can put their personal entertainment aside while with a costumer. read more

Great customer service. Always good energy and environment is amazing. Definitely recommend it to everyone in the valley!

Not the best location to handle your AT&T needs. The reps are rude and they look like they hate their job. Service is very slow and the attitude you get from the employees is unacceptable. I have no problem with AT&T, but this location needs to get new representatives to handle their customers. We pay good money and we deserve a better customer experience. 2 stars only because location is convenient. read more

Rafael and Eddie were very helpful to us today. It was a very easy process. We were able to get really good deals and walk away with new phones. Thanks guys!! read more

Poor customer service. Bought a screen protector for a phone just last week and went back to replace it after having cracked within just a few days. The representative said that she could not help me and that I would have to go deal with the manufacturer, even in the 30 day return period. Save your time and stress and look elsewhere to do wireless business! The management here needs to be trained on the art of customer assistance or lose their right to use the ATT name! read more

Let me start off by saying RUN! As Eddie the worst customer service rep said: "This is a retail store". Went to an ATT corporate store on Sepulveda and they took care of me painlessly. My upgrade to a Note 20 Ultra started really well when I dealt with the girl that works there. She gave me great customer service and when not sure of something she called someone who was. I was to bring back my note 8 after I downloaded all my pics and files but when I came back to turn my phone in for the trade in promo to get $1,000 in credits Eddie said I was past the 14 days I had to turn the phone in. I was pretty sure it was 30 days but not 100% so I called ATT the next day and guess what? They confirmed it was 30 days. The 14 days is the amount of time you have to return the new phone if you didn't like it or just don't want it. ATT made notes in the system so when I went back to the store they would take my phone without issues. They also said if they didn't want to take it to have them call the loyalty department. Guess what?! Wonderful Eddie did not want to take my phone again. On top of everything when I told him to call the loyalty department he replied: " I don't have to call anyone". As far as I know it is 14 days to turn your phone in. This is the kind of customer service you will get from Eddie. Even after loking at the notes under my account he still didn't want to take it. This is the worst upgrade experience I've ever had. I will never go to this store again. Go to a corporate store and save yourself the headache. No wonder this store has terrible reviews both on yelp and ATT website. read more

The sales representatives were a good help! I've been in here a few times and I feel like things have changed - May be under new management or something. Whatever it is, I had a great experience. read more

Worse store in the San Fernando valley! I've been with at&t for 14 years this store had 1 person working and a line and didn't even acknowledge any one. Worse customer service ever. Walked in and walked right out there were 5 people there and Im thinking maybe one of the girls that was there was working there but she didn't look at me didn't say hi and say I will be right with you I'm assuming she was an employee but then maybe she wasn't so I stood there for a while walked around nobody came out so I left read more

I had the worst experience coming to this AT&T store with my 2 year old baby. We showed up right at opening and there was only one employee who was very rude and did not acknowledging us for close to 45 minutes. We told her we were there for an upgrade and we didn't have much time, and she stated it would only be five more minutes, but proceeds to take an additional 25. We waited for over an hour with no help and nothing done. There is definitely a customer service problem here. She was diligently working on opening a SIM card slot in an iPhone 4 for an hour and she could have warned us that it would take so long considering we told her we had to pick up a child from school. Other than a "hi we'll be right with you" she did not say one word to us or acknowledged us there. read more

This place was a waste of time. Came in one night to transfer the info from one phone to another thinking we'd have the same great and fast service as we did previously at the store in Oxnard. Nope. There were two employees working and one person in the store and the manager ended up helping us out. He was nice enough but was sick and you could tell he didn't want to be there. He had us download a transfer app to switch things over and once the app was downloaded, we had to wait 20 minutes to transfer it. He reassured that everything will transfer over. After waiting the 20 mins and watching the two employees flirt with each other, only some info transferred over - not all of it. The guy says, oh it won't transfer everything since your iCloud is full. Would have been nice to know before wasting our time, we could have hand entered in the phone numbers and would have had time to spare. I just went home and did it myself in minutes and yes it actually transferred everything over which was exactly what the other store did for us previously. read more

Help me with my phone issue. However, the ATT representatives are unprofessional. I had one representative helping me out and having a chat with a co-worker about video games. Full attention has to be on the customer, not the co-worker. There is a time to chat and a time to work. read more

If there was a no-star option, I would have given them no stars. Don't waste your time coming to this location and would actually recommend looking for another AT&T location. Enrique needs to be re-evaluated on his customer service "skills". He refused to answer a simple question because my brother was not an authorized user according to them, which he was. We have been with AT&T for 25 years, and by far, this was the worst experience ever. I don't know if it is because they are an authorized retailer, but AT&T corporate needs to know that customers are being turned away without even getting basic questions answered. Eddie the manager assisted him after our second visit within 10 minutes because they needed the account holder present, only to explain that if we called customer service, we could have gotten our questions answered, but if we come in person, an ID is required. Make it make sense please. There was no transaction, just a simple availability inquiry for the new iPhone. Enrique BLATANTLY refused to answer my brother's question. Sorry to this man and to this whole team. read more
