    AT&T support asked us to go to an actual store to return a phone. Nothing is easy with At&T. They instructed us to call Custer service to get mail it to them. Which one is it guys. No ownership. Easier to say no than yes I guess. Booo

    BEWARE of Metro by T-Mobile on Elmira Vacaville! They are SCAMMERS!!!…read more Mya and Genesis are very unprofessional and manipulative. I went in to buy my daughter a phone. Mya the store manager had stated an IPhone 13 128 GB was $250 with activation fee and 1st months bill. She also stated a tablet and phone case was free. When she asked me if I wanted to add a line for the tablet, I had told her NO. I also asked her if the phone case or tablet would show on the receipt and she said no. We were rushing with 3 kids running around, we didn't even think that she would over charge us. Until I got home, and received a message stating the monthly bill would be $70, due to the fact that she did in fact add the second line for the tablet, when I clearly said NO. When I looked at the receipt, I saw she charged us 425$ for purchases we never even received (speaker and power bank), and that she did in fact charge us for the tablet $13. When my husband went back the following day for a refund for the tablet and the speaker and power bank we never received. Mya stated those purchases were required and part of the purchase for the phone and only refunded him back the $13 for the tablet. She also mentioned that, Since she didn't have the items in stock she gave us a phone case instead. But when you look at the receipt, it says $43 for 2 items. So we basically paid $90 for a phone case? And she said yes. When we requested a refund, she said she needed the box for the return. So I went back, and she had Genesys tell me they couldn't do the refund without the district manager. After talking to corporate and a different metro store, it came to my knowledge a district manager was not needed for the refund. So, I went back one last time and demanded my refund. But instead Mya was upset I posted my experience my experience on the Solano Community FB page and said it was bad for business. After requesting a refund 4x, I yelled at both Mya and Genesys, and warned incoming customers of their shady business. Mya then banned me from the store. So she can ban me from the store but can't give me a refund? Make it make sense. Mya and Genyses both make money by commission, so charging me for these extra items I never received only benefits them. And stating I have to come Thursday or Friday when the district manager was available is ridiculous, when I asked for the time he will be in they said they didn't know, so they basically want me to run around and chase down the district manager? This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Metro by T-Mobile is scamming the working class that works hard to make these purchases. All I wanted was an honest transaction, even if I had to pay $600 for a phone, I value honesty. And when that is crossed, I will then continue to post on social media to create awareness. This is not right. Atttached is a picture of my receipt for your reference. Where it clearly states I was charged for *speaker and power bank I never received * tablet that Mya stated was free and nothing would show up on the receipt * $75 activation fee This place is a scam! I would also like to add Mya and Genesis are on Yelp hyping up themselves and the store. They are so pathetic.

So that mean I can return it on the 22nd if I wanted to. But yesterday 12/16 my husband went in and tried to return it. They said that they can not do it because there DM said not to. So I called today and got the same response. So then I asked for the DM email she put me on hold. She didn't hit the button correctly and heard her call me THE BITCH OF THE GUY FROM YESTERDAY. I hope she has fun when corporate comes and dose an investigation because it took all I had not to go down there. If you're going to talk shit and call customers names make sure you mute or put on hold. It would suck to loose you job around the holidays.

I experienced problems logging into our account, getting an error message that the website did not recognize me. I spent over 1 hour with support, difficult to understand due to the heavy foreign accent. Eventually, we were able to access our account. When I attempted to log in later in the day, I encountered the same problem of their website not recognizing me, despite using the phone number. Out of absolute frustration, I drove to the Vacaville Verizon store on East Monte Vista. I checked in, and waited. A young man carrying a electronic clipboard came to me asking my name, and what the issue was. I explained the log-in issue, and my experience with Verizon support. He told me that there was NO ONE at their office who could help me. When I explained my frustration, and the fact I had been with Verizon support already, and that I was ready (after only one day of service) to go back to ATT, he merely just walked away. Frustrated by the obvious lack of caring, I left the store. We will visit ATT this week and undo our mistake of putting our trust into Verizon.

I waited at least 15 minutes with the blue shirt boys literally avoiding me. I guess a 55 year old woman isn't worth a conversation. So I started asking GROK to help me select what I needed. Once I guesstimated the appropriate computer I had to chase down a blue shirt to go get it. When trying to confirm that I was selecting the correct computer, the kid kept looking for an escape instead of making eye contact with me. I walked out without the camera stuff because I couldn't stand another minute with the young man who was totally put out helping me. If you are looking for knowledgeable customer service, you should shop somewhere else.

She asked if it was open, used(it wasnt. never even taken out of the box.)She told me Yes, the ordered online phone could be brought in and we'd pay the difference. I came in the 15th about 1030am. A young man was setting up a table outside. He put in my info and told me that there's no record of the phone. I showed him the order #, email and that the woman I talked to the night before said it could be.He told me I was given the wrong info. All phones bought online needed to be returned online and you only have 7 days to do so. I noticed a flyer on the register that said free doughnuts on the 15th. None were out. Nor, was he friendly enough to ask. Frustrated I left, went into my car, called to return the phone. Returned the phone to UPS on the 16th. Feb 17th my husband called cricket to verify they had Apple 16 pro max in stock. They did only in the color of black. We drove down there. The same young man was working. My husband said we called a bit ago to see if the iphone was in stock. wed like to purchase one. The associate said "Do you know our pricing" I assumed he was seeing if we already were customers. I was just in two days before so, he should have recalled my attempt of return. He then said they start at $1600.(online starts $1200.) Husband said $400 more for in the store? He said we are a franchise so different prices.My husband asked why didn't you say that on the phone. He responded with you did not ask. We saw the prices online. Would never think it you went in a store they'd be $400 more. In both visits to this store the employee was not knowledgeable, was not empathetic to the wrong information. Was not approachable. Never apologize, he could really careless if any sales were made. I would not recommend this store. Wasted two trips. We have been cricket customers for over 10 years, hopefully this can be used as a training activity to be more knowledgeable of store returns, sales and how to treat customers.

I went back to the store to get this issue resolved, this time I spoke with Natalie, told her what happened and I wanted to pay the additional fees. She got on the computer and sat there not saying a word. After waiting 10 minutes I asked her if everything was all right, she said she was on the phone with Customer Service and had 4 more minutes of wait time. Another 15 minutes went by without a single word coming out of her mouth, I again asked if everything was ok. She said I would owe the $11 plus and additional $4 for processing fees. I said no, this was your mistake and the four dollars should be paid by the store, this was not my mistake but theirs. She told me because I was paying in person I had to pay, At that time I blew up, that girl was rude, and her customer service skills were horrible. Someone needs to have a long talk with this person and tell her how to treat customers. And while we're on the subject, I think it's just terrible to charge customers a ridiculous fee just because they pay in person. Some of us are old school and like to go in and pay in person. I would give this store a half a star if I could

The two men that were there asked why if her phone was working she explained the new technology and just wanting to upgrade they not only laughed at her instead they tried selling her internet she explained she doesn't want that just the phone and asked if they had first responder discounts.
