Literally everything. Irreplaceable things. I'm very sentimental and hold on to just about every thing. My husband took my phone to Apple at Coolsprings Galleria and they told him that the motherboard was fried and unfortunately nothing could be saved. I had my meltdown, of course, and accepted that I would have to get a new phone without all of my data. The next day I bought a new phone. I purchased an iPhone because one of my closest friends convinced me that I would want it in case my data had actually transferred to my iCloud. I got home and checked. It had not. I spoke with another close friend and she recommended Cell Phone Genie Inc. in Franklin. She's used them many times and they have always been able to help her. As a last ditch effort, my husband and I made the drive to Franklin today. Omar walked me through what it could be and said he needed a few hours. I got EVERYTHING back. To say that I am happy is an understatement. I did not have high hopes. Highly recommend them to ANYONE. Thanks for sticking through and reading!

Staff were around, but I never interacted with any of them. It's crazy to me that back-to-school promotions have already started. Maybe there are year-round semesters here? My grad school started in mid-August for the fall semester, so maybe it's not wacky. The clearance section is small. It's in the left back corner of the store. There were some nice tumblers, but I have enough of them! The washrooms are at the back of the store. The women's was clean and nicely stocked. I like looking at rolling computer bags. There were a couple that were on sale, but they are all black and boring. I enjoyed looking at the brush and calligraphy pens, too. It was nice to browse around. I stopped by in search of a drafting chair due to a higher than average desk I have at home. There were not many employees on the floor, so I was not able to get assistance in my search until I went to the register and spoke to the cashier. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. He offered to look up locations that may have them around the area, as drafting chairs were only carried at specialty locations or online. I wasn't that pressed, so I just asked for the location details. In addition to that information, he also offered other solutions for taller desks such as mountable keyboard drawers and trays. Sadly they did not carry those either, but it did give me good idea for a cheaper alternative. Overall, the location is dated and in need of an update, but the shelves are stocked and the service was top notch!

Because she handled that so well, I trusted only her to upgrade two other phones and plans on my account. These phones belonged to my sons, one who lived out of state. This involved trade-ins and my phone bill jumping up and down. Again, she answered all my questions and navigated that so that in the end, there were no negative surprises. I'm sure there are many capable people at Verizon, but I will only go to her in the future because I trust her completely! Thank you so much for all your help...you are the BEST!!!

Greg proceeded to share w/ me the great attributes of my laptop and then suggested replacing my factory hard drive w/ a solid state hard drive. Wow! All the difference in the world. Manager (who drives a white BMW and was in a rush to leave) was in a rush to get us into a new plan, said we could move to better plan, at the same rate as our current plan. Two weeks go by..... Get the first bill on new plan, and it's almost $70 more each month. I go to the store to ask why/dispute new charge, and I have to handle any billing questions. Candidly, I was completely lied to about the new bill rate. After an hour of AI and "chat bots" I was finally able to get our bill back to previous amount. Complete waste of time actually going to the store.
