He left and said he wasn't going to fix it, that there wasn't enough room. I offered to move it further back where there was room, but he said he wasn't going to work on "damn pee pads," and stormed out. He didn't even give me a chance to pull up the pee pads (I have an older blind dog, and another one with heart failure). This attitude and conduct wasn't necessary. All he had to do was work with me and let me pull up the pads and push the bike back there. Maybe I expect too much, but I just wanted the bike fixed and I didn't need his judgmental, immature, unprofessional attitude. He needs to be trained to work in any conditions and just do his job. I'm a Marine Corps disabled veteran, and I know that the main objective is to accomplish your mission. This guy shouldn't have any job around people and shame on the management for hiring him.

The store was late opening -- I had an appointment at opening time, as did another couple -- and once inside, we were treated to an employee feud over who had to take the first appointments. Lots of drama and side eye. So glad I got out of bed on Saturday morning for this. Said me never. Many years ago, I worked retail in a mall. Two retail jobs in two malls, to be precise. In dinosaur days, we kept the employee feuds in the back, away from the customers. "Don't bring it to the floor," as one of my managers used to say. Good times! On the upside, the person who drew the short straw and had to help me gave me some good tips on bike settings, and she fixed my rattling cleats so they don't rattle anymore.

Finding an associate that wasn't on the registers was nearly impossible, and when I did spot one, they seemed to scatter when they felt I was going to approach with a question. On both trips, I ultimately just looked, didn't find and left. And oddly on my way out, both cashiers who were not assisting other customers didn't even interact. The store is kept in good condition and is clean on each visit. Always stocked well and easy to navigate. Overall, not the best Dick's experiences.

I have visited this Dick's on multiple occasions for a variety of items from coolers to shoes, to sportswear and even just to walk around and waste time. All visits are pretty standard and I usually find what I need within a reasonable time. They stay well stocked at this location, this along with keeping the store clean, organized and in good condition makes it a decent spot to stop by. I will say the one thing that is inconsistent with this location is the customer service. On my most recent trips in, I have wandered the full store for over 15 minutes each and not once was I spoken to...even when I entered and left the store. And it was not because the lack of staff. They were there, just not interested in assisting I assume. Overall, if they can get their service in line, it would easily be a 5 star shopping experience at this location.

It was like if they took dance dance revolution and turned it into a workout. It made my young millenial heart so happy. Several times during class I caught myself going "wheeeee". Mae's energy is so contagious. She encourages you the whole time and makes you forget that your quads are burning and everything is shaking. Every time I thought to myself "I need to lay down" Mae would hit us with a "yes, YOU CAN!" And I found the inner strength to carry on.
