I already knew what specifications I needed for my triathlon bike, but he was sarcastic and told me to come in anyway. When I got there, he acted like it was an inconvenience to even talk to me, made a smart comment about, 'Oh, so I guess you just own your own bike shop then,' and tried to sell me a wheel for $3,000 when I can get it online for $2,000 from other small-buiz bike shops. Another employee was nice enough to apologize for the first guy being a dick and acknowledged that I knew what I was talking about, but the man-bun guy still gave me another sarcastic 'Thanks for supporting a small business' comment as I was leaving. I'll never go there again. Bad service, outrageous prices, avoid at all costs

They may be great for the eBike industry or if you are an avid road cyclist, but we came in for a kid's bike and were essentially rebuffed. "We really only carry those around Christmas, but have one or two leftover" was the initial response. After a few minutes of discussing bikes an apparent friend came in and the employee broke off our discussion mid-sentence to talk to him. Again, the reviews say this is a good place for eBikes and it seemed like they have a lot of them, but if you're looking for something mid-range for an 8-14-year-old (something better than Walmart), I would recommend someplace else. This is not the same place as when Mac owned it.

Didn't hear anything until I called on Tuesday morning when they opened and they said they were just getting started on it. Ended up driving to the store at 2:30 to pick up regardless of the progress. The guy working said he needed 45 more minutes because he needed 30 minutes to eat his lunch because he said he needed to take care of himself, and then he would need 15 minutes to put the tire on. Long story short, we left and got a text about an hour later and it turns out the only thing they did was fix the flat. Customer service was non existent and there was zero transparency about the turn around time. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Jay, Timothy and the entire staff come across as enthusiasts who are also committed professionals. I rode several bikes when I was there and got an idea what to consider. I didn't feel any pressure to buy on the spot, and Jay cheerfully answered any questions I had as I was doing my research. After the purchase, I had a minor problem with one of the tubeless tires I had requested. Jay and the team jumped right on it, addressed the issue, and also talked me through what was going on and how it all works. I really appreciate that approach - I want to know all I can about my bike, and they are happy to educate me. R.B.s is a great shop, and the Cannondale they helped me select is the best bike I've ever owned.

I understand that businesses are busy and that not every company is able to donate. However, I was disappointed by how the call was handled. A simple "we're not able to help at this time" would have been completely understandable and appreciated. Since it only took a few minutes, they didn't even charge me for the work (although I did end up buying some stuff while I was there). I have also spoken to the owner a couple of times prior to this when I wandered into the shop while in the area for other things, and he was always helpful and willing to answer questions even though I clearly wasn't the normal type of client for a shop like this (aka, I don't know anything about bikes). I will definitely be returning for any bike issues/needs I have.
