I planned a bike outing in our hometown for my husband and two adult sons who were in town for my birthday. What a perfect adventure! The great weather helped, but everything about the bikes and available trails was perfect. The bikes are like new and worked perfectly. I have riden several electric bikes and they all seem to have different ways of working. But we were given patient and careful instructions. We live in Brentwood but had no idea how many beautiful bike trails are in our country. We rode two hour 95% on paved trails: very scenic and peaceful. We booked a tour on a day that the bike shop was closed. They were very accomodating over the phone and in person during the tour. The scenery was amazing!!! Some of the most picturesque views we have been able to experience during our trip to Tennessee. Maybe it's just better to see it from a bike. Beyond the views, our tour guides were great!! They kept us laughing but were really very informative during the trip. They know the best places to stop for pictures. Bob worked his magic, keeping us out of the rain. We thought for sure we were going to get wet, but a quick side trip, and we rode around it. I would definitely recommend going here for the beautiful views and the hospitality. My Pedego bike that I bought in Franklin was giving me trouble in Michigan. The battery would not charge the bike would not start. I called the Pedego dealership in Traverse City and they wanted me to bring bike in and leave it overnight so I called Pedego in Franklin (closed but I left a message) Kim called within a few minutes, Kim walked me through, the battery sleep mode it started up and I was able to continue enjoying my vacation. Our family rented bikes for the day last week while in Franklin,TN... we had a blast! It was our first time on electric bikes and everyone had a great time and picked up riding them very easily. The owners of the company are very helpful and couldn't be sweeter! We have a 15 year old son who had his own bike and our 11 year old daughter rode on a tandem electric bike with my husband .. it worked out great I highly recommend giving it a try ! read more

Went to Franklin Pedego which is conveniently located in downtown Franklin and we could not believe how much fun the bikes were!! Kim the owner is great, and she was so helpful in guiding us where to take our ride. The bikes are easy to operate and so enjoyable to ride. We just brought in an out of town couple for a rental on a beautiful fall day. The wife was a little fearful of riding so Kim switched her to a tandem with her husband and she had a blast! Excellent way to see rural Franklin, no way I would have been comfortable finding my way around, plus you really get to view and enjoy the houses and landscape better than driving in a car. My husband and I took the 30 mile guided tour through the countryside today. It was, hands down, a wonderful experience. We had never used pedal assist bikes before, but with the help of Kim (co-owner) and Will (the best tour guide) it didn't take long to get comfortable. I had the pleasure of visiting Franklin for my birthday weekend back in September. I'm so ashamed I haven't sat down to write a review until now. In short - this was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! By far the highlight of my trip! Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful and they made me feel like I was an expert, even though I was a total beginner! After being fitted for the most appropriate bike and small crash course, my friend and I were ready to set out on our voyage. The weather was perfect and the neighborhood was so serene.
