I have purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, and Speed Queen washer from Electronic Express. I give them a 100% rating. Don't know why anyone would buy anywhere else. Each one of those items were bought on financing with them and NO Interest if it is paid off in the amount of time. One I had 24 months and the other I had 18 months. My washer on 12mo and had it paid for in about 3 months. When you don't have the cash. This is the way to buy from Only Electronic Express. I don't know of anyone who offers that from anywhere else. The salesmen in this store are undereducated, and highly ill informed about the items they sell. Coincidentally, will also tell you whatever they need to to get you to buy something, even if it's an outright LIE. Don't bother trying to bring an item back that they lied about either. The manager will stand in your face and call you a liar, even after admitting they have no way of finding out the information the sales person gave you; so there was no reason for them to have given the information to begin with. I bought and paid for several items in this store before looking at a computer. While I was looking, a very rude young girl interrupted my phone call, to ask me if I wanted help. Obviously if I am on the phone, and just walking around, then I am just looking. I tried to overlook this, and ended my call so I could ask some questions about the iMacs along the wall. The sales girl told me the computer I was looking at was either a 2015, or a 2016. Since they were fairly newer and the price was good, I decided to buy one. They had to order it so I had to wait 5 days to find out that Makayla the sales girl had no idea what she was talking about, and the computer she sold me was OBSOLETE. A 2008!!!!! A 9 YEAR OLD COMPUTER IN A BRAND NEW ELECTRONICS STORE. So, I brought the computer back, was called a liar by the sales girl, and then her manager; was mocked in front of everyone in the store for "not checking the year myself before I bought it" by the manager, and was then told that I couldn't return it unless I brought back my TV that I purchased that same day. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. There is no reason any customer should EVER be treated or talked to the way that I was, and I will not spend one more hard earned dime in a store filled with rude, disrespectful liars! I sincerely hope the same thing that happened to the mall happens to this store, and it goes out of business, so that we can fill this space with something people can enjoy... like an electronics store where the salesmen know what the hell theyre talking about, and DONT LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO BUY THINGS! The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Two of our appliances were broken upon delivery and we are having to beg for them to take them back and supply the new appliances. I ordered a dishwasher and double ovens for our new home and cannot wash our dishes, which doesn't matter because I can't cook dinner. I was told that the extended warranty I purchased didn't cover any physical damage (which I didn't cause). so that was a waste of my money. I was told and I quote "there is nothing we can do for you". If you want to experience customer service then drive up the hill to Lowes they will show you how its done. I recently had my refrigerator go out, as a new homeowner that has always lived in a apartment I've never purchased a fridge before. So I asked around at work & was told to go to Electronic Express & ask for a salesman named Brian Green, they'd had a great buying experience with him. So I went in & asked for Brian, he was very knowledgeable, he seemed to think of things I wouldn't have considered, like kid friendly shelves & drawers for their snacks. He wasn't the pushy salesman we have all come to expect, I had stressed my self out for two days for nothing. Great guy!
