Great area, greats sales reps, and had to be the cleanest store I've been in. Thanks Once Again to Frank & Xavier! I recommend asking for them when you visit this location! Stay Blessed, Blue H.

YES. there is usually a wait and then the time it takes to *be* serviced takes at least 30 minutes. do i spend more money than i want to? yes. i want to SPEND NO money. but i need a dumb case or insurance or a new charger and this can cost anywhere from an extra $40-120 bucks. but the service here is good and it's always good. the manager here is very laid back and easy to work with and accommodating and nice. there's an associate there named Joey Brilliante and while i wouldn't say he lives up to his last name he is super nice. he not only helped me two days in a row with my idiotic questions he also helped me sync my bluetooth to my car because i could NOT figure it out.

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a…read moreconsumer's mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. I was finally making a move from Xfinity and after a lot of thought, decided on Verizon Fios. This place was the closest for me to collect my Fios router and we locked it too. The age of internet makes things so simple that we set up the pick up to payment everything online and just had to show up at the store for pickup. The shop is among the many stores that the mall area offers and hence parking was not at all a problem. They had a good respect for the pandemic and strict rules to follow Social distancing and wearing masks inside the shop. We waited in the line and when our turn came up, gave my phone number and after verification, the service person brought our router and we were on our way out in no matter of time. PS - As far as the router, it has been a terrific purchase after a long battle of slowness issues we fought with Xfinity.

I asked why they didn't inform me earlier, and they just said, 'It is what it is,' and refused to help further. Very disappointed by their lack of communication and customer support." When I at T.
