    We are so glad to see a closer location to us. We needed to do a quick visit to purchase some Apple bands. We went on a rainy Thursday afternoon so the store was not busy at all. The Apple employees are friendly and very attentive. The store is smaller than the one in Menlo Park but it has the usual product tables for your needs and Apple Genius visits. Overall, very happy that Apple chose American Dream mall as one of its new houses!

    We stopped in to check out the new MacBook Air laptops. This was one of the more packed stores inside American Dream when we visited. It's a working Apple Store with full staff. Apple is here if you need it, but know this store is in a smaller space than other Apple Stores, so it may feel a bit cramped (especially during peak mall times when there's more foot traffic).

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.
