This store probably is the best Sprint/T-mobile store in the area. Store is conveniently located, with plenty of parking options and the experts at the store always try their best to provide exceptional services. I've been coming to this store for last 3 years and I want to highlight my experience with ANDREW last two visits. I visited the store in early May to purchase a new Samsung phone for my mom for mother's day gift. When we were introduced to Andrew, Korean speaking expert, he not only tried his best to find the promotions to save us little more money and offers the best option in our budget, he acted with patience and compassion. He was available to answer all the questions about the products as well as navigate and transfer all the datas. He was very personal and professional. I was in the store again tonight and luckily I was able to meet Andrew to find the upgrade for my brother. Andrew again were truly efficient for finding the best option. I highly recommend here if you are looking for an upgrade or technical service :) read more

I bought two new phones last week at the Fort Lee store, and unfortunately the lady helping me incorrectly installed the screen protector. Since I was in Edgewater, I stopped by this store to have them fix it. I had purchased the screen protector, Galaxy S10 and insurance for this line. Maia started to help me. Within a few minutes, the other sales person (George?) asked me why I just didn't go to the Fort Lee store since they made the mistake....I told them that it shouldn't matter which store I go to, they should fix the screen protector. I was fed a bunch of excuses why they couldn't help me...when I asked Maia to speak to the manager, she told me she was the manager...both sales people continued to argue that they needed the original box, receipt etc (although they could pull my account up and see if that I had the insurance policy which covers this)...then I was told I could wait around for the manger Angel. Needless to say, I left without getting anything replaced. Total waste of time. Anyway, I called T-Mobile and they confirmed the store should have fixed the error... read more

Came here to get a new phone since the lease on mine was up. Walked in and right up to the only person available. I told him that I wanted to exchange my phone for another because of the lease. When I tell you this man did not want to be at work today or help anyone. At first I thought it was just me, but then my younger brother came up to me and I asked him if anything seems off about this guy and he said yeah what's with his attitude. His mood did change once he saw my older brother who happened to be a trainer at the crossfit he used to go to. That's when he was all smiles and laughs. Came to this store an I was helped by Hanna. Wow, what a service. She didn't just helped me with my purchase but she also develope a relationship with my wife and my authistic daughter. This location is full of lies. I was promised 70$ credit for 2 lines by the manager of the store. The saleswoman promised that the adjustment would take place in 2 billing cycles. I am on my 4th cycle. I called the location 5 time and they did not return my call. The store manager said that the old manager in dec 2020 was making false promises. The saleswoman who is still with the store did not return my calls either. I stopped by in person, and the store manager refused to come outside and meet me in person. When I told the staff that I would call t-mobile corporate, the assistance manager said he could care less. I moved from att to t-mobile and regret the decision. read more

After several deplorable experiences with the Fort Lee location, I sought out a better T-Mobile store and found it. The Edgewater staff is quick, smart, and super friendly. They seem to also know what they're talking about and offer informed advice, in multiple languages to boot. No upselling, no wasting time playing with their own phones, just business. A real life example of how these guys are better than Fort Lee: when I got my phone at Fort Lee last year, they screwed up and had to reverse charges on my credit card and eventually set up two phones. Took forever. Laudi, the awesome guy who helped me in Edgewater, also made an error, except he actually reviewed the order before clicking confirm and caught it, so he could fix it in a jiffy. I've found my new T-Mobile spot and am glad I did. Totally worth the drive for a much higher level of service and support. read more

There is a employee her name is Hanna ( thats what she said because dhe did not have any id on her) she is such a nasty dirty person. I stop by 11-12-18 around noon time to get info about t mobile plans and entire store was empty time when i arrived. I ask her couple of question to get info and she respond me with rude behivor 'YOUR ASKING ME BUNCH OF QUESTION AT SAME TIME' when i ask her are you okay ? why would you yell at me ? She ignored me. When i realized that she is not really happy at the moment store get 1 client (basicly she doesnt want to work at all you can tell) i ask her manager and she said that there is no manager and wont be in next 2 weeks. I was asking manager name and she was really happy to give me her name which was Angel. ( i assuming she must be her buddy not her Store manager because she was really happy to give away her name ) As soon as i left the store i stop by another carrier Sprint and swithc over at. No more TMOBILE ! They need to well train their store employee. read more

I use to like coming here for phone upgrades and questions. Today was a different staff and diffent feel. All I wanted was an iPhone 8. I wanted to pay it all up front and the sales person said I shouldn't do that. As he tried to explain what I will be saving and the value of the phone after a year I was more confuse from that explaination and felt like I was in used car lot. I did say I am more confuse and wrote numbers and amount. I became more confuse. When I said sorry don't get it he sort of snapped and said "do what you want". I thought I was from the beginning. I'm a tech fanatic and i love cell phones. I do more upgrades than i am allowed to. I personally love this T-Mobile location. It is nicely located in a shopping area surrounded by a lot of stores. The store is recently renovated and has the new T-Mobile magenta colors neon lights and it gives the store a nice vibe. The staff in here are super friendly. There are nice seats inside. There is never a long line and the store always has the phone i want in sock. The staff will take their time to answer all your questions and offer you the best plans possible according to what you mean based on minutes and date usage. I remember when i came in here a few years ago, right before the release of the Blackberry Bold 9900 and it was not available yet. However, the sales associate was so nice and she let me play with the store model before the actual release of the device. That was so considerate of her. I came back here to get my upgrade when the phone was finally released to make sure she got her comission. This was when T-Mobile had Faux-G (4G). This is before 4G LTE. I know, a Blackberry - don't laugh. I was a Blackberry addict for many years. read more

This is a review solely based on my experience with Christine. She was a total professional; patient, courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me in time of crisis. I was having major issues with my older blackberry and to say I was feeling disgruntled would be an understatement. Christine not only helped me but restored my faith that there still are some great people working in customer service. Christine is a real asset to T Mobile and they are lucky to have her. Notable mention to the guy who was working with her, I unfortunately cannot remember his name but it started with a G. He was kind and courteous as well. read more

This T-Mobile is super cool. It looks brand new, and very clean. It looks very appealing to the eye the way they managed to put phones, counters, and tables. And if you ever get a chance to come to T-Mobile in Edgewater, you have to ask for David, this guy is awesome! He was my rep when he was in Fort Lee T-Mobile and i followed him to Edgewater. The staff can be rude and very short, but they seem to experience moments of kindness. They act like you're bothering them. I think after the 100th time they transfer contacts for a customers they probably give up on T Mobile life. They'll sell you anything and offer no valuable advice on choosing a phone. Other stores are much friendlier and have way better inventory. In the end I just felt they wanted me to purchase something or don't bother them and leave. read more

I had a problem with my iPhone so I went into the closest t mobile from my home. Jorge the store manager was very helpful and patient helping me resolve the issue.
