I talked to a t-mobile representative on the phone about it because I was literally forced to buy a screen protector and he said that that's not their policy and they going to make an investigation in the whole store because they doing that I'm guessing to get commission out of it or something. So now you know, if you getting a new phone or financing a phone and they tell you that just say no and give me my phone. (Got a full refund for the screen protector btw). In our several visits to this location we've been told it's a "T-Mobile policy" to require the purchase of an accessory with a new phone (we called T-Mobile and, shocker, that's not a policy); that they can't take a phone back in store when you're trading in a phone (again, that's not true and the online instructions TELL YOU to take it to a store); and they police you at the door, you can't go beyond the entryway unless they confirm you're buying something so their conversion numbers look good. TL;DR - stay away from this store of scammers. Save yourself the headache and just call T-Mobile customer service.

    Brought in my MAC, an old Dell laptop, and several DVDs that I wanted transferred to a thumb drive…read more I needed to install the new OS for my MAC and didn't have enough room, so brought my computer in for them to clean out old files and install the new OS. Instead, they charged me $150 to install a new hard drive with more memory and failed to install the new OS. When I ran the update at home, I was locked out of one of my profiles. When I brought the MAC back, the man said, "What did you do?" and acted like I did something wrong for installing the newest update. I told him he didn't do what I had asked him to do. He fixed it, after mansplaining to me, and then told me he should charge me but was going to give me a break. The DVDs were going to cost $300 to transfer to the thumb drive, so I said I'd wait. He had told me it would cost me $80 to try and get any data off of the Dell laptop. So I left the computer there and said I'd comeback for the hard drive. To be fair, this was in April. I went in today to try and get the hard drive, and at first, they said they didn't know what I was talking about, and then tried to insist they had given it to me (they didn't) and then finally just said, "Well, we don't have it". If you choose to go here, get EVERYTHING in writing!

When I have any Qs that going on the AT&T website for info or checking my bill doesn't seem clear, I go there. The staff are all great, even the ones in training. It feels like a mobile phone boutique, and they don't don't side with anyone who has a better phone (iPhone. lol) They know all the details and if they can't answer, they use their contacts to get that info. They even know how you can save some money on your plan, and that's something other locations I've been to won't put out there. I've never felt like I need to say noNoNO to any add-ons, they don't persist. I never feel like a dummy when I upgrade, they give me all the info and let me stay to transfer all my data, plus check to see if I did it right. One guy is always friendly, multi-tasking but on point, Nilay. If ever you get stuck, he's the guy who gives you all the details. Now, the older manager lady (I'm assuming she is the manager) is a lil tough and shall I say, 'less-wordy' when it comes to greeting you and helping you, (I envision her having just left the military, lol) but I assume she deals with a lot of daily crap and has hardened to the mobile carrying masses. Whatevs, she's got a top-notch staff, so I'm cool with it. But even when I approach her for something, she will answer me, just in a 'shouldn't-you-already-know-this' attitude. Lately when my phone screen got smashed beyond control, she lead me in the right direction, plain and simple, and I left her with a Thank You and an upward bruh-man nod, even though I really thought I should hug her. lol And yeeeeah I dunno why folks leave bad reviews for them, I've been going since iPhone 12, and I never had a problem. go!

    Okay so where do I even start. From the beginning I guess right , so I went to this store to do a…read moreannual trade in, I have a Go plus plan which is 90$and allow you free trade in especially right now with all these promotions going on. so the shorty guy on the left his name is William he's the retailer I worked with originally, and the taller guy name is Danny. Now Danny is the manager and Danny is useless, When I tell you this guy have no management ability at all they're hiring anybody at this point. If you looking to be a manger just come to this location I'm certain they will hire you especially if danny got the position. So today I was bringing back my iPhone because I finished transferring all my passwords and info onto my new galaxy s25. Now another retailer who was taking care of me , sweet girl by the way she was very nice to me. However as she was checking the phone and took it out the phonecase she notice a crack at the edge of the phone. She stated she can't accept this and who helped me with because they wasn't suppose to that. So I'm gagging now because I can see where this is going, so I say ms I don't remember his name but the gentle that helped me saw the phone and the crack still gave me the phone, he was even going to accept the phone that day I decided to take it home to write down my password and they give you 14 days to do so, so I was like bet so I took it home. She says oh yea this wrong, and long but hold William walks by us and I say oh there he go , that's who helped me. She ok let me go get the manager and she come back with Danny. Now Danny come to me and say yea sorry where unable to take the phone. I'm like kool no problem I'll keep my iPhone 15 plus transfer it back and I'll go. He like ok so u wanna return it, I'm like return what? This is my phone how is that consider a return what are you talking about Danny? I'm like it's ok I'm not tryna go back and court I'll keep my iPhone. That a good phone as well no problem. But the way he was wording his word was making me feeel so uncomfortable, so he call William over. And that when I took this picture. So he ask William did the phone have the crack ? He says the case was on it so it looked fine the screen looked fine. Manger says did you take it out the case. Now William say yes he did and the crack wasn't there. Now if you look at William in the picture he look very sad and guilty because he knew he was lying and wrong he made a mistake where human everyone makes mistakes. But to lie on my expense cause Danny over you scolding you. Now my issue with Danny is when you had to ask him did he take the phone out the case you knew he was lying . And that why you aren't qualified for your job. You stood in front of me and quote manual training script that translated from Spanish to English that you learned on your onboarding. You need to learn your job Danny. But I thank you cause after I left the t-mobile store I went to metro pcs right next door with my iPhone 15 plus and left t-mobile. Now my bill is 30$ monthly unlimited data. So you did me a favor Danny you save me 60$ for leaving t-mobile. Thank you so much. $90 phone plan and to be treated with low class I work to hard I'll go where my money appreciate and the people nice and honest. This store need serious training but this was just my experience so I decided to share go here or don't it up to you. They're just workers maybe next year there be new ones.

Came in a second time to finally get it fixed. FINALLY got it fixed, the color looked OFF but I thought, its ok, I spent about $130 on this screen I can put up with that. Literally, 2 months later the screen they put on got unstuck, here im thinking, ok things happen. I brought it back to them and the rep had the audacity to tell me that it was "out of warranty". Guess they give you 30 days, but a situation where the glue is not properly applied should be outside of this period. The rep then said he would try to fix the one I had on there, I thought "ok wonderful, maybe its just reconnecting it and gluing it appropriately". He tries to look at it and then BREAKS my face ID port. Wait not done... he then says he has to ORDER the part so I have to now COME BACK to get fixed what he broke. WOW This is ridiculous that a place can provide such bad customer service. There are many other places to go, I refuse to ever go back here again. Dont always go for the cheapest service. I would much have preferred to pay a different price for a service dont RIGHT. Horrible!!!

We drove there immediately and when entering the shop, we were very well greeted by Laith although he was attending another customer. As he was attending to others, he also checked on us to understand what were we looking for. Once our turn came in, he immediately sat down with us and went over the Verizon offers in detail. Answered every question patiently and he surely was very knowledgeable. The entire process of porting and setting up the new phone took around 2hrs but was worth the experience. Laith told us initially when we came in that "I will make sure you go out of this shop with everything ready and the only thing you will be left with is to use the phone" and he did it! I will never forget his words, mainly because nobody ever has told me this with so much confidence and most importantly, kept the word! He completed the porting, setup our new phones, backed up the data from old phones, installed the screen protectors, installed the phone covers and completed all the required formalities for both of us before we stepped out. Now, keep in mind, he is attending to other customers as well all this time. Multi-tasking at its best! I have to admit that I have never faced this kind of customer service and highly recommend to consider this shop for your needs. Ask or look for Laith! Trust me - you will not be disappointed at all! We surely will go back for Fios service as well!
