What a scam! The man in here recommended getting scans immediately and I figured it's the…read moregeneration but it was out of pure laziness. After ONE WEEK, he shared scans that literally looked like my kid figured out the scanner for the first time. So I called in and asked for them to be printed. He said "well these are half frames and I let it slide". I do not work here. You didn't break down pricing. You asked why I was there. I said to drop off film. He charged me. ???? You could have called me and charged extra if YOU realized YOU made a mistake. After this, I asked for them to be printed & he said well you have to place a deposit. Is he out of his bird? Please look at the photos. I don't care about the film in itself. You see scan lines, the scanner bed. It would genuinely look better if I took a photo of the picture itself from my phone. I'm cracking up that he wouldn't immediately offer anything. Even one roll for free out of the two dropped off, maybe even a discount charge of the amount spent on the scans, NOT A THING. Dooooo not support this business by any means! On top of that, he blamed the camera. Sorry. Again, I know my camera and I know the quality . The same cameras he's boasting in front of his literal store but did I say take better photos for me??? I'm saying you're denying your reflections in scans? The poor digital quality, the SCANNER BED and all? I'm so disgusted. Everything in Jersey city is a scam. If you actually want to try and see the difference in quality and seasoned pros in development, who won't blame a camera for their laziness -- please try NICE FILM CLUB just ONE time and I promise you won't be back here in your lifetime. The iPad 2 screen repair was done last minute and poorly put together. The screen isn't cracked anymore but the charging port Completely stopped working . The air was working fine for a month and now it's doing all sorts of crazy stuff and the home button just rotates with my finger . Since someone else already bought him the exact same products, I went to return with my receipt. All items never left my car after I purchased them and were never used. The business owner was not around, and a very odd, arrogant, condescending, and flat-out rude employee insisted that the items were used and denied me a refund! In other words, EXACTLY what they sold me was EXACTLY what I returned, and they refused to refund. Even the non-electronic items (in sealed boxes) were being questioned!!! Additionally, when I initially made the purchases, one of the items was priced at $59.99. At checkout, I told the owner there must be a mistake.... the total price was off about $50. The OWNER told me that it was priced wrong. Any honest business would just honor what was marked on the box advertised. He just rolled over it like it was nothing and charged me $99.00 explaining the mistake. I was a bit bothered that he didn't do the basic and honorable thing and give it to me as $59.99 as priced but let it go because he seemed nice enough. They were not kind at all when I wanted to return though. The ignorant (and I mean unknowledgeable and lacking business, COMMON SENSE, and customer service skills) treated us like common thieves or dishonest people when we returned EXACTLY what we bought. Again, I don't normally post but in short, Piero's is obviously a very desperate outfit in need of $$$ and will go to any low to get it. They are money grubbers and under it all that's their game.
