    Very neat and clean store. Plenty of parking outside. Each section clearly marked. Lots of products on demo, excellent inventory. I had an online order pick up. Was in and out within couple of minutes.

    "Best Buy" one of my favorite places to be in: It was pretty crowded when I first got there, I liked how most of the employees were helping customers in purchasing laptops, they had some pretty good deals, I also like the gaming section as well, everything is organized and I just like the whole layout of the store in general, even the flooring is nice, I highly recommend it for all the tech nerds like me, cause you are always learning about something...

    This new Best Buy, at Mill Creek, Harmon Meadow, may be hard to find, it's not like you can see it on the highways like before from route 3 or the NJ Turnpike. But it's a good size store and has major Appliances, a kitchen design section and monster-size TVs on display, and other electronics besides computers. The staff welcomes you and is eager to help but backs off if you tell them you just looking.

    The unthinkable happened to me. My Apple MacPro laptop crashed, and no... I was NOT backed up…read more After racing to the Apple store to see if it could be saved, the tech told me the hard drive had to be restored, which meant wiping out my hard drive and all of my years and years of files saved on it, and nowhere else... He also told me he had no way of pulling up my files as the disk was badly damaged. I went home and happened to find Romano Multiservices on a Google search and figured they could be my only hope. When I walked in, I was greeted by, whom I believe is the owner, Cristian. He advised me of the cost ($200), which I thought was way more reasonable and also said payment would not be due unless he could recover the data, and if he couldn't, there would only be a diagnostic fee of $32.50. I readily left the laptop with him and prayed. On the 6th day of Cristian working on my computer, I checked in and he successfully recovered the data!!! I was in SHOCK... I went in and paid the $200 plus tipped him an extra 20. He even held the data on an external hard drive so I could have my laptop restored at the Apple store, then brought it back to him and he did the work of transferring the backup back onto my laptop FREE of charge. You can NOT go wrong with this business. I STRONGLY recommend this business and highly recommend working with Cristian.

    On May 21, 2025 Lincoln sent a technician to my home to hook up a newly purchased photo printer and…read moreto show me how to use a newly purchased CD player. The technician was unfamiliar with either device. The photo printer, as connected, smudged badly, which the technician said was the result of using the wrong paper. He managed to get the CD player working by attaching it to my phone charger. I left town for the holiday weekend. Service charge $300+ I returned from the holiday weekend and realized that the technician had taken my business printer off-line. I couldn't get it working and they were unable to resolve the problem over the phone so, on May 28, they sent the technician back to my apartment where he got the printer back on-line. Service charge $200+. I went out to lunch and, when I returned, I found that the printer was again off-line. I called and the issue was resolved by my unplugging the printer, waiting a few minutes, and plugging it back in. The unplugging technique, such as it was, would only last a few hours with the result that almost every time I needed to print or scan, I had to unplug, wait and re-plug. Additionally, the connection between the computer and printer had become very slow. I called again and requested that they send me a different technician who came on June 5. He put my printer back on line, did something that made the photo printer actually work, and was able to get the printer to respond more quickly when printing. Service charge $200+ June 6 the printer was again off-line. I called that morning and was told to "calm down." I'm done with Lincoln Business Machine.
