    I looked forward for this place due to all the reviews. I was so patient when they told me it would…read moreliterally take 5 hours to fix my phone, then they did not have the right screen so they had to order it. Came in a second time to finally get it fixed. FINALLY got it fixed, the color looked OFF but I thought, its ok, I spent about $130 on this screen I can put up with that. Literally, 2 months later the screen they put on got unstuck, here im thinking, ok things happen. I brought it back to them and the rep had the audacity to tell me that it was "out of warranty". Guess they give you 30 days, but a situation where the glue is not properly applied should be outside of this period. The rep then said he would try to fix the one I had on there, I thought "ok wonderful, maybe its just reconnecting it and gluing it appropriately". He tries to look at it and then BREAKS my face ID port. Wait not done... he then says he has to ORDER the part so I have to now COME BACK to get fixed what he broke. WOW This is ridiculous that a place can provide such bad customer service. There are many other places to go, I refuse to ever go back here again. Dont always go for the cheapest service. I would much have preferred to pay a different price for a service dont RIGHT. Horrible!!!

    Summary: they sold me a screen which ended up with black screen. At first, they refused to fix the…read moreproblem or refund the 400$ charge. After negotiating over and over, they refunded me 280$ (the screen was 400$, and they charged me 120$ for 2 x labor fee for switching back to my original screen). After their second repair, the battery died and the fan had loud noise all the time. Then I went to repair with Apple and all the problems were gone. Promised the screen they sell is "premium quality and never had any problems". Paid for 399 for a replacement, given a 6 months warranty Aug 2: the screen turns black after 1 day usage (the attachment shows the screen is black, the touch bar is on, and the external monitor works perfectly) Aug 3: went to the store for repair (Sabri), promised they will switch to my old screen to test the black screen problem. Was told the switch was done, but the black screen happened to the old screen, so they switched back to the new screen and was able to use it for "several hours without black screen" (see attachment). I took it back home, the black screen happened immediately Aug 4: went to the store again, was told by Sabri the black screen was my problem not theirs, admitted they actually did not switch the screen on Aug 3 ("I didn't even touch it"). asked me to leave the store ("you are not welcome here, what are you doing right now? I just want you to leave"), decided my warranty was terminated ("you had warranty, but you lost your warranty when you lie repeatedly"), "are you gonna keep embarrassing your self, or give up?". "and there is still nothing wrong with the screen". "don't put your laptop on my desk" "still not my problem" "the problem is yours, not mine" (voice recorded) Aug 5: I am not sure my phone number was blocked or not. Every time I call, it always goes to voice mail, when I called them earlier using another number, they answered the call. I called with another number, they asked "are you the girl with the laptop?", I said yes, and they hang up on me....

They identify the problem & the solution quickly. They frankly discuss what needs to be done, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. I feel the service fees are reasonable, and the service is always reliable. I will continue to use The Fix, and I recommend them.

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.
