I had seen a few posts mentioning the promotions at this Verizon location, so I stopped by to ask about the available options. The staff took the time to explain the different plans and phone promotions clearly. They compared the pricing based on the number of lines and also went over the upgrade options for iPhones and Samsung devices. What I appreciated most was that they listened to what I actually needed instead of immediately pushing the most expensive plan. The entire process was much easier and faster than I expected. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, and transparent about the pricing and requirements. Definitely a helpful location to visit if you are considering switching carriers or setting up a family plan.

Staff is nice and helpful and do their best, considering the intersection is a PvP zone and you get some jump scares who come in. One time my brother and his friends were in here and a vagrant came in and tried to rip the phones off of the displays, but the staff were pretty calm and stone faced about it (probably a common occurrence). "I need to remember my email password? Why? Is that important?" That last one created a conundrum for my dad. Especially when it to accessing certain apps that's tied to his email account. And that's where Fionna and Jenny from Cricket came into the picture to sort out the mess. They were very courteous and patient with my dad's situation and his lack of awareness of the 21st century technology. Our account got hacked and our phones were easily ported to another unknown carrier. When talking to Cricket, they said they are not able to help us and we asked why is it so easy to do this? They have no authentication process to determine if the rightful owner of an account is the one asking to port a number. On top of this, once we switched to another carrier because of their poor security - they refused to refund us our payment for this month or even help us carry out our complaint about the poor security (we only used the plan for one day of the new month). They acted like it was none of their business. They should at least be refunding us this month's payment since it is their lack of security measures that caused us to switch carriers. Don't use Cricket if you want your account to be secure! Especially don't go to this store if you need help because they will surely not care about you as a customer.

He repeatedly rolled his eyes and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to ask questions about the service I'm paying for, especially when trying to understand my options.
