Shout out to the guy that helped me and my girlfriend. He hooked it up, with his great energy and cool vibes, amazing customer service, I appreciated his help with getting the I phone 15. He went over several different options with us and we settled on the 15. He helped us get all the accessories and gave us a discount. It's a bummer that the I phone 15 needs a different charger and wall box but they had everything we needed and it was less than Walmart or target too. read more

This was an absolutely horrible experience walking in and being greeted by a racist, rude, unprofessional male with no customer service skills. His exact words were "call 611 and complain about me" followed by "if you dont leave im calling the police." Makes you wonder where AT&T finds these unprofessional people and actually employs them. I only write reviews when the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I went to upgrade my phone and walked into this AT&T. Right from the start, the only employee working there wasn't going to be helpful at all. I requested to receive a new phone and pay the remaining balance on my old phone. The lady working there told me that was not possible to do until next year. She offered no help and was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to the AT&T down the road on Colima - and they were able to help me and I received a new phone. DON'T waste your time and go here!!! read more

Terrible service!!! When I got my new phone I went over hoping to see if they can switch my information from old phone to new one. There was only one employee on his social media. He told me we will need to wait for his manager to come back to do the data transfer so I ask him if he can put in the screen protector (that I got from att website) for me. He say NO. We waited about five minutes still no sight of the store manager. I realized I should go to the one on Colima for better service so I left. read more

What a difference in service compared to the Colima store. I was super frustrated that the people from the other store kept giving me the run around and we're super rude to me. I came to this store and they were able to explain my bill and answer all of my questions. I'm definitely going to come to this store for any questions. Terrible service. I walked in and there was no one there. No customers no employees. Then I walked to the back of the store and there was a single employee on social media hiding out in a room (associates name is Ron). I came in (an existing customer) looking to get off my parents account and start my own. When I asked the price for starting up an account he rolled his eyes and said $65 and that was it. No other options. Then when I asked what it included he BARELY gave me an info. Then he literally tried to convince me not to open a line and was pretty aggressive. Last thing he said to me before I left was "why would you want become a customer". Pretty confused at why I was treated this way. Pretty sure they mistreat people who aren't Asian. Not cool.
