I've had my iPhone 7 for a long time and was ready to trade in. After seeing their advertised promotion to trade in my phone for $350 credit towards iPhone 17, I couldn't resist. However, the store employees told me if I didn't buy my phone at that specific store, they WOULD NOT allow me to trade my phone in. I was told that the manager made up that rule because it was taking Apple too long to credit the store for iPhone trade ins. Wow, what a way to piss off an ATT customer of 25 years. I was clearly pissed that they would not honor their own promotion. Seeing that I was highly pissed off, they made no attempts to rectify this. No one effort was made. Just absolute poor customer service. When I left, I was so disgusted that told them I was canceling my service for another carrier that respects their customers. I was actually going to. I happen to drive by another ATT store and thought I'd see if this store was different. They were confused by what I went through and thought it was a poor reflection on ATT. Based on the severely poor customer service from the manager and employees, I cannot recommend this specific store. Thank the other store location as to why I'm still a customer. read more

I went in to upgrade my phone. When my first bill was due, someone added a new line to my account without my consent! The phone was being used up until the day I noticed! If I didn't notice I would have paid and extra $35 to activate the phone and an extra $35.99 a month! Beware! read more

I went in because my phone wouldn't work with cellular data. We went in and they assisted immediately. They were fast, knowledgeable, very helpful, and got the problem fixed!! Very kind as well! Definitely recommend going here!! read more

Eh... At least for me, the experience was not a very good one. I am not a huge fan of waiting for service in a near empty store that had employees getting each other something to drink from the back instead of attempting eye contact and helping. One of the employee was attentive helping a customer. After spending a good 10 minutes waiting, I decided to leave and deal with my issue another day. read more

I called the store to resolve a false billing issue on a returned modem, the person who answered was named Ramon, I politely stated that I called the 800 288 2020 3 times and it rang with no answer and disconnected me. He said, "I can't do anything to help you on the store level" he then said with more and more of an upity tone, "look if you want to come into the store, I can maybe help", I than asked again politely, can you provide me with a talk to a human phone # that we would call together when I come in the store, He than said "look its a whole process, it's an internal #, I have to fax stuff", now the tone was more upity than I wanted to put up with, so I requested to speak to a Manager, he than said, I AM a store manager, I said "great, so that I'm clear" you are stating that there is nothing more that can be done to assist me other than a store visit or RE calling the nonanswering 800 # to resolve an issue that is ATT error NOT Mine. Then Ramon the "MGR" said with now a outright rude tone "look, I don't like to repeat myself", I then cut him off, and I said, Well Ramon, I don't like dealing with idiots, Told him to FUCK OFF and hung up. Then called the Corp # 800-331-0500, in Dallas, and in 5 Mins, got it squared away. I will now contact James W. Absolute incompetency! I called there ahead of time to determine if I can drop off my AT & T Cable Box or if I have to send it back UPS. I'm told "Sure! bring it in and we just scan it for you to show you have returned it!" So I drive out there an hour later and there are two female employees there just gossiping as I walk in. They now inform me that I cant drop it off there that I must send it via UPS. Thanks for having me make the trip out there for nothing and not knowing what the hell your telling your customers over the phone. But then again there is a reason I cancelled AT & T! Don't bother with the AT & T store on Rollings Rd in Round Lake Beach. You'll get better customer service from the chimps at the zoo! read more

Nothing less than a joke. They completely messed my phone up cost me a fortune and was treated beyond rude by the manager Ramone. This store has done nothing but made my life harder since the first day I walked in. When my contract is up I will be looking for new service elsewhere. This is the result of very poor customer service and disrespect directly from the manager. Be careful dealing with these children, they have no clue. read more
